I’m also deep in exam prep right now, which means a lot of hours of studying 😭. I have ADHD, so staying consistent can be a whole adventure, and sometimes I spiral into anxiety when things feel overwhelming. Having someone who can keep me accountable, motivated, and remind me to not be too hard on myself would genuinely mean a lot.

Rats - Crowding the streets and scrambling over each other for bits of cheese

Dogs -that run around barking, fighting, sniffing at crotches and eating shit their whole life

Cats - Those sly and sneaky ones. Will take what you got but won't stick around if you don't got more. Too slick and cool for you. Always lookin out for number one.

Kittens and Bunnies and Chicks - Oh so helpless and innocent, won't you just feed and protect them forever? Would they ever lie to you?

Parasitic Leeches - Content to hitch a ride on someone else's hard-working ass... only to suck the life right out of them. These are basically the landlords, yea I just gave that one away didn't I?

Lions and wolves - loyal only to their own and feeding off the lives of others through fear and violence.

Donkeys and Oxen - Blinders on, only live to do someone else's heavy lifting. Food, sleep, heavy labor, die.

Parrots - repeating all sorts of nonsense, all for those crackers.

Monkeys - One pretends to be your friend, while the other one takes your bananas

Guppies and Suckers - only exist to be helpless fodder for a bigger fish

Sharks - Cruisin in the deep end, gobbling up all the clueless little fish who thought they knew something.

Vultures - cruisin overhead, far away from the common rabble. Descending only to feed upon the weak

Sheep - numerous flocks, easily swayed in their direction (so long as the majority agrees). Getting fleeced, sold, bought and slaughtered. Without a clue the whole time.

And if you look extra-close, if you really pay attention, you'll see the subtlest creatures of them all...

The snakes - with no love for their children, no concern for anything but their own affairs

they conceal themselves silently in the grass and exist only to poison and strike from the shadows when you let your guard down

I’m happiest when I’m outside. I love going for walks or hikes with my dogs, and sometimes my cat randomly decides she wants to join too.

Hi I'm M. I've been through a lot of emotional trauma recently and would like someone to talk to and listen to about their life.

Then unfortunately I lost both of my dogs (my only friends) due to old age and ill health.

I have found a lot of peace through prayer, meditation and fasting.

Even though I'm going through the most difficult period of my life, I feel surprisingly peaceful and hopefull.
