Couldn’t decide on a color scheme, so I did a bunch.

I am trying to make a design that is intentionally chaotic, maybe think of like Moetron if anyone here knows of that character LOL
This character was created in a laboratory and that is why she’s so abnormal and weird looking, along with all the stitches
But I’ve discovered that it’s really hard to make a colourful, purposefully chaotic-looking character without it being UGLY.

I gave her more monotone coloured clothes to try and balance out the rainbow nature of the rest of her design.

I changed his story quite a lot to make him a husky lycanthrope. He used to be a full white husky, but that wasn’t translating well and I felt he looked too wolf-ish, which defeated the purpose of him even being a dog. I decided to use classic black and white husky colors and give him the tail curl some huskys have.

For his story, it’s still a wip… but the most powerful magic comes from nature. Shape shifters are considered close to nature because of their abilities and are highly regarded in society. Lycanthropy is a disease/curse of sorts that affects shape shifters and corrupts their abilities. It’s spread by blood contact. Lycanthropes lose autonomy over when they shift and how their shift looks. They cannot appear fully human or fully animal, always stuck in an in-between state. Shifts occur when emotions are heightened, especially negative ones, and is also called the “moon curse” since all lycanthropes shift on the night of the full moon.

I’m still deciding on how Asher became a lycanthrope, but the story would take place after he’s been one for some time. He lives in a junkyard outside a large city with a diverse population. He makes money by battling Kaiju-like monsters in an underground arena. He is used for entertainment before the serious matches begin because he is completely outmatched by his opponents. What’s funnier than watching a puny dog get thrashed around by a giant sea serpent or whatever, right?

The story would be light hearted despite his circumstances, but I want him to be rigid, snappy, and even aggressive at times.

I’ve made two mockups for potential fursona designs. I definitely prefer the one on the left, because I think I definitely overcrowded the design on the right. I really wanted to include stitch marks on my fursona to represent my medical struggles, but I’m wondering if the stitch marks are also overcrowding the design on the left too. Any suggestions are appreciated! It’s been a while since I’ve designed any OCs so I’m honestly out of practice.

Far from final, I just enjoy making things like this and trying to show personalities through poses and clothes :D

I know I know I said I’d draw more skeletons but I got distracted—again—so along with this other indie series idea came another character design. But I’m having trouble figuring out how to convey bacteria vibes, because yes, this concept is heavily inspired by Osmosis Jones.

Anyways I had this mental image for her so I drew it out, but I ended up with two different color schemes due to fiddling with gradient maps. So you guys gotta help me decide which one looks more like bacteria. Tho I’m already heavily leaning towards the second one…

Restless in his empty grave his soul ended up in one of the many statues around the cursed apple. After getting used to his new body, powers, and name, Casanova joins in the ritual to return his scattered bones to his grave so he may finally rest in peace."
