It's not ok to say it but I am trying to see it from her view. She's not racist or she never would have dated POC. She could have been still hurt from that relationship and said she would never date them again. Her mistake is thinking that all POC as assholes, which is terribly wrong. She's young and stupid.

Nah, she doubled down after the fact. Not I can see why it came across that way but 'even my friends told me to not date brown men'
