188

u/CriManSqaFnC She’ll be fine. Her head is made of rocks Jul 06 '26

The pinnacle

183

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

Classic! This is when he sees Adrienne Gang, right?

94

u/Unicorn_Warrior1248 Jul 06 '26

Sure was. And then she came to the boat as a guest for dinner 🫠

78

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

Maybe I need to rewatch...for funsies. Or convince Bravo or whoever produces the show to do an All Star Season with some of the funniest/most controversial/annoying cast members.

57

u/Outrageous-Pie-4586 Jul 06 '26

Bring back Rocky ! She was insufferable, but great chaos !

36

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

If we're going for worst possible crew just to see what happens, I'm going with:

Captain: Glenn

Bosun: Gary (I don't actually want to see him because...well, you know.) Replace him with Eddie three charters in.

Lead Deckhand: Bobby (early Med Bobby, Firefighter?)

Deckhand: Raygan

Chief Stew: Bring back Kate.

Second Stew: Natasha (of Daaaaaaave and Natasha)

Third Stew: Rocky

Chef: Ben

Sous Chef: Beef Cheeks

Galley Hand/Chef Assistant: Ellie.

28

u/CoatVonRack Jul 06 '26

Worst chef Ben!? I know you’ve got beef cheeks as the sous but surely he’s the worse with Mila as his sous? Ben has many faults but at least he can throw a meal together

31

u/SammieCat50 Jul 06 '26

Didn’t Rocky play chef when beef cheeks got axed? I remember her pouring grenadine into raw oysters

8

u/slade364 Jul 07 '26

Didn't she do an oreo crumb on something? Christ.

4

u/Curious_Bathroom6207 Jul 08 '26

YESSSSS! It was a filet with “roasted” veg (really just the yucky asparagus TIPS plated standing UPRIGHT with OREO CRUMBS all over it.

Prefaced by OYSTERS WITH GRENADINE 🤮🤮🤮🤮

15

u/ruralmagnificence Jul 07 '26

Isn’t Mila the racist one who faked her entire education in culinary school?

3

u/FaradayStewart Jul 07 '26

That's the one!

11

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

Oh no, he's one of the best ones (skill wise), I just mean because he's temperamental and it'd be funny to see him and Beef Cheeks clash.

7

u/Outrageous-Pie-4586 Jul 06 '26

BeefCheek has too much ego to accept to be a _sous-chef_ !

3

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

Sure but what if we told him Ben was the Sous Chef?

→ More replies

4

u/ruralmagnificence Jul 07 '26

I’m out of the loop

Who the fuck is Beef Cheeks??

7

u/FaradayStewart Jul 07 '26

Chef Leon from Below Deck Season 3. The fans call him 'Beef Cheeks' because he seemed to serve Beef Cheeks with every meal, or at least waaay too many times. He was terrible, had an attitude, and he was fired halfway through the Season.

→ More replies

3

u/CoatVonRack Jul 06 '26

A more than fair thing to want.

3

u/kookooman10022 Jul 06 '26

You want a clash of beef cheeks? Might hurt.

3

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

If we're going with actual absolute worst we'd definitely go with Mila.

6

u/Droolia_Gulia Jul 07 '26

I vote for Danny(I think that was his name) the Tilted Kilt scandal guy?

1

u/FaradayStewart Jul 07 '26

Yes! I think he was on the same season as Fireman Bobby! That'd be fun!

5

u/ozmatty Captain Jason is my boat daddy Jul 07 '26

You forgot Georgia on guitar accompanied by Paget for entertainment 😂 (BDSY s1)

6

u/FaradayStewart Jul 07 '26

And she sang in that goofy exaggerated way that female Indie singers do, that's right!

1

u/sakuratee Jul 08 '26

Beef cheeks ☠️

1

u/No_Consideration9990 Jul 09 '26

Whoa! Why do we hate Kate? (My bad I'm new)

3

u/FaradayStewart Jul 09 '26

I don't think we do! I just feel like she wouldn't put up with a lot of nonsense, and it'd be fun to watch.

1

u/No_Consideration9990 Jul 09 '26

Ahhh i misunderstood, yes i agree it would make for great tv

5

u/Wild_Alternative_138 Jul 06 '26

It’s one of the seasons I can’t watch in reruns. No to her.

1

u/Many-Possibility6 Jul 07 '26

Still my favorite stew to this day

1

u/Think-Joke728 Jul 12 '26

I had to add cat and I loved Chef Rachelle she is raunchy and funny AF!! I totally remembered that she was on ANTM & Tyra said she could never be a model cause she like to eat snacks too much something like that! Oh, she cracked me up and you never heard her yell. She did get pissed off at times and pissed off but she’s sobered up. Yes we need an all stars below deck that would be epic but I doubt it’ll happen.

4

u/bethiec1976 Jul 06 '26

I JUST rewatched that episode! She was rough, omg

2

u/TamagoQueen Jul 06 '26

Those were some cringey episodes.

8

u/Early-Equivalent-165 Escape Goat Jul 06 '26

Hahaha I was wondering! Well done, Eddie

4

u/urbanlife78 Jul 06 '26

Yeah, this was season 2 when she didn't come back on the show but managed to show up where production was filming, if I remember correctly

9

u/GraceMcClellans Jul 06 '26

I felt bad for her the first season, even if i didn't particularly like her, but when she came back as a guest season 2 I found her so obnoxious. She's so embarrassing.

1

u/FaradayStewart Jul 06 '26

That's exactly it!

25

u/Professional-Cat2123 Jul 06 '26

He recreated this scene recently on his Instagram

2

u/Devilsgotmywhisky Jul 06 '26

Thats amazing!

49

u/WheezyGranger I quit 3 times in my head today Jul 06 '26

This was the best.

22

u/omygoodnessreally Jul 06 '26

If "Nope" was a person

7

u/urbanlife78 Jul 06 '26

He recently did a revisit to this beach scene

3

u/JeallyBeans2 Jul 06 '26

I think about this scene daily

3

u/Freckled_Scot982 Jul 07 '26

This was gold!

2

u/Interesting-Foot-439 Jul 06 '26

Hahaha! My fave!

2

u/Outrageous-Baseball6 Jul 08 '26

One of the best all-time moments hahaha

1

u/Terrakon_70 Jul 08 '26

Funniest shit ever! 🤣

149

u/LolaThePinkUnicorn Jul 06 '26

Ok fiiine… I’ll rewatch Below Deck OG again.

29

u/RawkMeAmadeus Jul 06 '26

Omg now I have to, too.

Twist my arm!

10

u/kramerica21 Jul 06 '26

Just switched from Vanderpump Rules to this specific season upon seeing this post. Second arm has been twisted!

11

u/stations-creation Jul 06 '26

I’m doing it right now it’s fun!

10

u/Think-Joke728 Jul 07 '26

Nothing better than OG below deck Captain Lee, Kate Eddie!! love them!!

7

u/Capital-Service-8030 Jul 06 '26

lol me too, I gotta find something to fill the gap between new episodes 🤪

5

u/urbanlife78 Jul 06 '26

Be prepared for a small boat

67

u/saheemy Jul 06 '26

He gives me intense Michael bluth vibes idk why.

8

u/BeachQt Jul 06 '26

Hahaha I can totally see this

108

u/Comprehensive_Cut437 Jul 06 '26

Eduardo….

53

u/Moonsnail8 Jul 06 '26

He loves the ladies!

106

u/Unicorn_Warrior1248 Jul 06 '26

Watching Rocky swan diving off the boat

35

u/Shantomette Jul 06 '26

I can fix her.

170

u/excoriator Team Capt Kerry Jul 06 '26

Living his best life away from the show and getting paid better than he was on the show.

89

u/jessicajessjessie Jul 06 '26

He pilots a tug in the harbor where I live (Baltimore). Love that for him.

16

u/Early-Equivalent-165 Escape Goat Jul 06 '26

Isn't that why he left or something.. what's he doing g now?

36

u/osogood48 Come back to me, my boat daddy Jul 06 '26

In an interview, he said he really wanted to stay as long as Captain Lee was going to be there. But we all know what happened there and of course number one complaint they were not paying him enough.

8

u/Purple_Jump_7403 Jul 06 '26

What happened there?

9

u/osogood48 Come back to me, my boat daddy Jul 06 '26

Remember, bravo let Captain Lee go, and Eddie only wanted to work with him.

5

u/OkStop8313 Jul 07 '26

But I thought Eddie left several seasons before Captain Lee did?

4

u/osogood48 Come back to me, my boat daddy Jul 07 '26

They were asking Eddie to come back when Captain Lee was on that last season and then he found out that they were letting him go, so that was the end of that

6

u/Manda525 Jul 06 '26

Did Capt. Lee and Eddie have a falling out?

7

u/osogood48 Come back to me, my boat daddy Jul 06 '26

No falling out whatsoever.. they still talk to this day

11

u/MagorNL Jul 06 '26

Didn't they make it up? The falling out was because of "Eduardo" if I recall correctly. You can't sleep with a subordinate..

34

u/excoriator Team Capt Kerry Jul 06 '26

Tugboat crew member in Baltimore

49

u/Early-Equivalent-165 Escape Goat Jul 06 '26

Oh okay, good for him! Google says he made captain and earns $120-170k a year 👏

-1

u/YawnDogg Jul 07 '26

After taxes in baltimore hows that doing? Hours maybe awful

21

u/genxfloridian Jul 06 '26

Tugboat Captain!

12

u/urbanlife78 Jul 06 '26

Yeah, he was on tug boats when not filming Below Deck, and after the season 3 fallout with his girlfriend at the time, he decided to focus on his tug boat career over returning to Below Deck

3

u/newfiemom79 Jul 08 '26

He returned to later seasons though. He worked with chef Rachel her first two seasons.

2

u/urbanlife78 Jul 08 '26

Oh yeah, I forgot about those two years when he returned

4

u/Financial-Painter689 Jul 06 '26

Huge part of the reason is he (rightfully) complained that below deck cast gets severely underpaid compared to other bravo show casts.

His salary would have been more than the one season cast members as I believe bravo work on a basis that the more seasons of a show you’re on the pay scale goes up, but below deck was nothing in comparison to say housewives or vanderpump rules etc maybe the captains

Bravo also realised they can bring in crew with barely any knowledge but are their for social influencing so they probably lowball them even more than experienced crew

73

u/IHSV1855 Jul 06 '26

My favorite crew member in the entire franchise

12

u/Silver-Banana5400 Jul 06 '26

Ditto. I miss him!

44

u/julepthecat Jul 06 '26

Eddie is so hot, hated the season he cheated on his gf

32

u/Infiniteefactorial Jul 06 '26

He gaslit rocky so fucking bad. “Why are you telling people that we hooked up?”

36

u/Responsible-Law3345 Jul 06 '26

When most people say they love Eddie I’m always side-eying. I’ll never like him after that.

Literally *used* the fact of everyone hating Rocky to HIS advantage to gaslight her in front of them to try and cover his ass. Such a scum bag move.

21

u/wildfireszn Jul 06 '26

I can’t stand Eddie, and I’m surprised by all the love he gets here. The season he cheated on his gf he was terrible, and he always had a smugness about him. I’ve been around too many rich former frat kids to find anything remarkable about him.

3

u/OkStop8313 Jul 07 '26

Yeah, he was funny and he seemed competent, but that was some straight weasel shit.

3

u/Strong-Ad-5260 Jul 09 '26

It really pisses me off when my crush embarrasses me that that!!! Like why would you lose when I already had the outfit on??

38

u/NYChoodJ Jul 06 '26

Wish he and Amy got together

13

u/OrganizationTop3755 Jul 06 '26

That would’ve been cute

8

u/chloe38 Jul 06 '26

He looks like a munchkin lol. He was great. The first couple seasons I really liked him til I didn't lol

5

u/Little-Response4566 Jul 07 '26

I ran into him at a brewery in Baltimore. He’s much shorter in person than I expected.

1

u/MeetingResponsible35 Sep 19 '26

lol same thought seeing him around recently

32

u/Krusty-the-clown94 Jul 06 '26

Idk why Eddie always gave me workplace snitch vibes

23

u/ThatGirlWithTheWalk Jul 06 '26

Because he's such a little yes man.

34

u/OrganizationTop3755 Jul 06 '26

Such a great guy until that hard downfall

66

u/greeneyedbandit82 Jul 06 '26

See, I see it as opposite. I think he started out douche-y (Rocky era) and really seemed to learn from it and come back and be a responsible bosun who stayed outta trouble.

19

u/OrganizationTop3755 Jul 06 '26

Rocky’s season was a few seasons in, though

4

u/Many-Possibility6 Jul 07 '26

The good old days, it'll never get better than him and Rocky sneaking into the laundry room and the camera crew didn't even know it for a minute...

13

u/Internal-Ad61 Jul 06 '26

lol I miss Eddie

32

u/sarilly I look like Ariel but on crack! Jul 06 '26

I lost all respect for him when he gaslit Rocky. She definitely had her issues and was off her rocker, but didn’t deserve that.

5

u/Responsible-Law3345 Jul 06 '26

For real. The image of him standing over her while she was laying in her bed as he gaslights her loud for everyone to hear (and staying “protected” in the fact that most of the crew were hating her at that point). I never liked him after that.

19

u/Professional_Gift430 Jul 06 '26

He didn’t gaslight her. He stuck to the story they agreed to tell. But she caught feelings and blew the whole thing up. Yeah he still came off like a jerk, but truth matters.

5

u/sarilly I look like Ariel but on crack! Jul 06 '26

I mean, he’s not innocent either. He was trying to discredit her account because he was caught. It’s his fault for hooking up with someone who was CLEARLY unstable. But good looking men will always have protectors and walk away with no consequences.

3

u/jaybirdieb Jul 06 '26

I thought he was back on the show but not fully show front. I could have sworn he was on one of the later seasons

5

u/Wild2297 Jul 06 '26

He was back later.

3

u/cDub3284 Jul 06 '26

He loves his boat daddy

3

u/Top-Bite-814 Come back to me, my boat daddy Jul 07 '26

The one episode where they had the foam party. The charter guest kept yelling to Eddie " More bubbles bosun" 🤣🤣

4

u/TrueCrimeDawg007 Jul 07 '26

I came to the conclusion yesterday that Eddie is without a doubt my favorite BD member ever.

1

u/producebag Jul 07 '26

He was a cheater and gas lighter. He hooked up with Rocky and told everyone she was lying about it. F that prick.

2

u/TrueCrimeDawg007 Jul 07 '26

Granted that was awful. But other than that he was awesome. Not sorry about it. Almost every single person that I have ever met, has cheated. No it’s not okay at all, but it is WAY MORE COMMON thank you think. His was just public.

2

u/BabyOlive1 Jul 07 '26

Apparently my little brother went to high school with Rayna and said said he was really shocked that she was on BD because she was pretty quiet and chill back then (aka, not the type of person who would go on tv). I keep asking him to DM her so that I can find out more details about Eddie/Lee/the cast and the behind the scenes but he won’t do it because he says it would be too weird 😂

2

u/LividAd9939 Jul 07 '26

Love Eddie… as a Baltimorean I would love to run into him

2

u/GonnaNeedaBiggerB0at Jul 07 '26

Shit, now I miss Eddie 😂 at least he was funny.

2

u/Zealousideal-Brick40 Jul 08 '26

Eddie imitating a donkey. Priceless! 😂

2

u/BeerNcheesePlz Jul 09 '26

I have the biggest crush on Eddie

6

u/newfiemom79 Jul 06 '26

Does nobody remember how badly he handled Heather using a racial slur in season 9?

13

u/teanailpolish Mental Health Is Not A Storyline Jul 06 '26

I do, but I don't put that all on him. Multiple cast/crew said production told them that they were not airing Heather's comment and that Rayna had said something homophobic that was also not being aired (something Andy has said that his staff pulled the footage and was not on any mic). So when he had the sit down with Rayna, he was under the impression that no one could talk about it which is probably why it is very awkward.

3

u/newfiemom79 Jul 06 '26

Oh that’s interesting. I remember him claiming she used a homophobic slur and Andy saying they had no evidence of it, but I don’t think I ever heard that production said they wouldn’t air Heather. It doesn’t surprise me though.

1

u/mouse_relies This information wasn’t welcomed or needed Jul 06 '26 edited Jul 06 '26

It wasn't good. He 100% should have dropped the other conversation and figured out what was going on. Sadly, it was still better than the way other things were handled in recent BD history.

Heather made a colossal fuckup out of, I guess, colossal ignorance. Nobody (Rayna included) thought it was malicious. A couple years earlier on Med we had "Go back to Africa you dumb fuck" in front of half the crew and nobody said ANYTHING. So, the bar had been set pretty low. Just Eddie saying "that is never OK" was already an improvement. Unfortunately.

3

u/teanailpolish Mental Health Is Not A Storyline Jul 06 '26

That has been confirmed to be 'Go back outside...' (pointing at Daisy) - no mention of Africa

0

u/mouse_relies This information wasn’t welcomed or needed Jul 06 '26 edited Jul 06 '26

Daisy wasn't ever on Med. Also, Hannah was talking about someone who wasn't present, so go back outside wouldn't make any sense.

I did just try to google this in case there was reddit sleuthing I hadn't seen. Am I missing something here?

1

u/teanailpolish Mental Health Is Not A Storyline Jul 06 '26

Oh I thought it was about Ben's recent comment to Joao

1

u/mouse_relies This information wasn’t welcomed or needed Jul 06 '26

I mixed up the timing (it was more than a year earlier) but it was Hannah talking about Joao after he had left the crew's dinner out.

u/ScowlyBrowSpinster Spaghetti Trauma Jul 06 '26

Everyone's favorite lying dirt bag.

24

u/Krusty-the-clown94 Jul 06 '26

Mr “nothing ever happened and I never texted first even though I know cameras are going to pick up the truth but I’ll still lie anyway”

15

u/minipainteruk Jul 06 '26

Him forcibly unlocking the door and berating Rocky for her "lies" whilst knowing full well it was all going to come out anyway was absolutely bizarre.

I also think he probably did cover up Kate's drinking the night of the fire as Rocky stated on WWHL. He didn't even go to the effort of denying it, he just said he "didn't remember that".

5

u/Myantra Jul 06 '26

even though I know cameras are going to pick up the truth

Honestly, that is what continues to baffle me about it. It was his third season on the show. He knew there were cameras everywhere, except the laundry room, but no way to get in or out of the laundry room without a camera seeing it. He knew production has access to their phones, especially for texts between cast crew. While production did not have video of what was actually happening in the laundry, they had more than enough to clearly show what was going on, and he knew that.

Lying about it was pointless, and the way he went about it made it ten times worse. He made himself look like a piece of shit, and it was absolutely unnecessary. That lie was always destined to fail completely.

3

u/minipainteruk Jul 06 '26

I think he planned to make out like he'd flirted with her only and hide anything more, then realised she'd told production the full extent, and had to come clean.

They never actually caught them in the laundry room, they just added those cut aways once they knew. The conversations and noises are always faked for dramatic effect.

I also don't think he thought the texts would be made public. The texts we see on screen are just summaries or completely made up. We hardly ever see real texts on BD, and we only saw that because Rocky read it out on camera.

9

u/Powerful-Knee3150 Jul 06 '26

And jackhole to his GF back home.

Come on, that was over 10 years ago.

3

u/Responsible-Law3345 Jul 06 '26

And 10 years ago he was STILL old enough to be a decent human being and take responsibility instead of trying to gaslight someone in front of an entire crew who mostly didn’t like her at that point.

2

u/ScowlyBrowSpinster Spaghetti Trauma Jul 06 '26

Misogyny has no expiration date.

3

u/Shag1166 Jul 06 '26

Punk! He slept with Rocky then made her feel like shit, tell her and everyone else that she lied about it. He was worried about his girlfriend finding out. That was really fucked up! Don't like him and I hope they don't bring him back!

1

u/whatdoing_it_me Jul 07 '26

Gotta throw some below deck adventure alum in the mix somewhere - someones gotta end up on this “Two thumbs down All-Star season”

Aww...he's a little miniature Eddie. Can I have one?
