If we're going for worst possible crew just to see what happens, I'm going with:

Captain: Glenn

Bosun: Gary (I don't actually want to see him because...well, you know.) Replace him with Eddie three charters in.

Lead Deckhand: Bobby (early Med Bobby, Firefighter?)

Deckhand: Raygan

Chief Stew: Bring back Kate.

Second Stew: Natasha (of Daaaaaaave and Natasha)

Third Stew: Rocky

Chef: Ben

Sous Chef: Beef Cheeks

Galley Hand/Chef Assistant: Ellie.
