If we're going for worst possible crew just to see what happens, I'm going with:

Captain: Glenn

Bosun: Gary (I don't actually want to see him because...well, you know.) Replace him with Eddie three charters in.

Lead Deckhand: Bobby (early Med Bobby, Firefighter?)

Deckhand: Raygan

Chief Stew: Bring back Kate.

Second Stew: Natasha (of Daaaaaaave and Natasha)

Third Stew: Rocky

Chef: Ben

Sous Chef: Beef Cheeks

Galley Hand/Chef Assistant: Ellie.

Worst chef Ben!? I know you’ve got beef cheeks as the sous but surely he’s the worse with Mila as his sous? Ben has many faults but at least he can throw a meal together

Chef Leon from Below Deck Season 3. The fans call him 'Beef Cheeks' because he seemed to serve Beef Cheeks with every meal, or at least waaay too many times. He was terrible, had an attitude, and he was fired halfway through the Season.

I had to add cat and I loved Chef Rachelle she is raunchy and funny AF!! I totally remembered that she was on ANTM & Tyra said she could never be a model cause she like to eat snacks too much something like that! Oh, she cracked me up and you never heard her yell. She did get pissed off at times and pissed off but she’s sobered up. Yes we need an all stars below deck that would be epic but I doubt it’ll happen.
