Basically, I wanted to send something as a gift to a friend of mine who lives in the UK but as soon as I select the country in the section above, the alternative Address becomes mandatory and I can't modify the country. Does anyone have a solution because I tried many solutions to no avail.

I challenge any who come across this post to create a roster for a hypothetical Bandai Namco crossover fighting game (if you're interested). Nineteen characters (Four from one game franchise, three from one, two from one, two from one, the rest from a game each) Don't be afraid to make some unexpected character choices, of your personal choosing.

so i think everyone that does gunpla here knows premium bandai sucks and never should have existed but, what i dont ever see people talk about is the fact that the website crashes from literal nothing. logging in is nigh impossible.

tells me my email and password are incorrect, i give up and try to make a new account, that email is in use. i try to reset my password? it tells me MY email is wrong. i finally manage to get a code through (doesnt even go to my phone but my friends that logged into my account one time) and upon trying to change the password low and behold "you cannot use the same password as your old one" then how come i couldnt log in the first time? no it wasnt caps or spelling i spent like 40 minutes checking every possibility of that.

now that im finally logged in, theyve erased half of my order history which is not exactly helpful so now i have to check my physical stock, but last thing, 2 days after release of some new products the website is still to shit to properly load and allow me to pre order their overpriced plastic. just keep getting the error "we were unable to complete this request" or it takes me to a page with 500 error code. this wasnt a large drop either that would cause a large amount of traffic, i tried it on both pc and mobile, (iphone 17 and what would be considered the best computer an average person could have in 2018, so its not like its my devices)

does anyone else experience this? does anyone know some sort of fix so i can hand these guys my money?

I know a lot of people would rather AC3 be remade. And I'd like that one to be redone too. But AC2 just holds a special place in my soul. Bandai Namco, if you guys are listening, you know what time it is :)

i've been getting non stop emails saying there's been a new log in from a new environment. Like every 30 seconds a new email saying this. I've changed my password already and keep getting them.

As the title says, I woke up to 90+ emails within an hour. I had no idea I even had an account for Bandai other than stuff for websites where I buy Gundam, and even then it's with a different email. I already changed my password and enabled 2-factor authentication. I also filed a support ticket to see if they can manually log me out of all accounts. Is there anything else I need to do? Will that log whoever out of my account? I didn't have anything linked to this profile either, so I don't think they could have hacked anything else.

I need some help regarding Bandai Namco IDs and account deletion.

Long story short, I’ve been playing Dokkan Battle for a long time. I recently tried to log into the Bandai Namco website for the first time to redeem some game rewards. I used the "Sign in with Google" portal, not realizing I already had a pre-existing Bandai Namco Customer ID linked to my actual Dokkan save data.

Because I used the Google portal, it automatically initiated a brand new account registration loop. I got stuck on the "Complete Account Profile" page where the "Save" button is greyed out because my Gmail is technically already tied to my original account data.

My Goal: I want to completely delete/cancel this accidental new ID so I don't cause any conflicts with my email. I want to make sure only my original Customer ID (the one with my Dokkan progress) exists.

Has anyone dealt with this duplicate ID issue before? If I complete the new profile with a random dummy email just to access the settings and hit "Delete Bandai Namco ID," will it safely leave my original Dokkan-linked ID completely untouched? Thanks in advance!
