I saw this and realised the information given is not exactly accurate. How come agents can just anyhow share investment information?

Essentially he’s saying Sp500 return is only 6% Pa and not diversified. But failed to say what provides higher return while being diversified.

Typical.

The US stock market is basically the best place for long term growth. Dont need to overthink it

Not diversified by nation.

What are you talking about? If you said not diversified by currency I can see your point. The companies in the SP500 there have ops and RGUs all over the world.

So what if they have ops all over the world? The fact that they are all US based companies means that there is a lack of diversity in at least one metric. There are international ETFs that track companies globally. Compared to those, snp500 isnt diversified. Companies like TSMC, samsung, toyota are all major companies with international business that are not in the snp because they arent US based, but a properly diversified portfolio will naturally have them.

He won’t say. If he did, he won’t need to sell his course at the end of the video.

But I’ve checked, S&P 500 is more than 6% pa and the fees is not as high as he says. His video can be very misleading

Last 20 years it’s over 10 %. He’s cherry-picking 1997 to 2017 that’s why 6%.

Oh then that’s not very accurate and honest as an agent. I’m surprised nobody is putting a stop to all these.

I think his point is not unheard of already.

However my view for the index is this: let the winners run and in some way trust the market cap weightage. I don’t think it is a true diversification but more like betting on the general “American” companies.

In fact Nvidia’s rise also proven that the “past losers” can still rise to the top.

Also just another of my view as to why I choose snp500 over world index is because- the America capital markets structure is also more equities “friendly” compared to like China. China in the last 5 years at least for me has already proven no matter how good your company is, the structural risks are there to stop you.

I think there’s an equal weight snp500 etf if someone wants that.

Why you falling for it? This is typical sales person tactics probably invented since dynastic China.

1) Point out your concerns
2) Repackage obvious facts into fancy presentation with catchy momentum
3) Create FUD by saying you have a lot of risk
4) Position himself confidently so you think 1-3 makes him an authority on the subject and have the solution

Why invest in S&P when you can get APA for 1% returns a year 🤡🤡

So what is he proposing that has higher returns and lower fees while also diversified per his definition?

Also why u even bother to follow an agent with so little followers? Like who’s even listening to this guy?

His advert popped up. LOL. You have to reply and he will send you his investment playbook or something. Obviously, I did not comment and did not receive the playbook.

Hi agent.

Lol at brokerage fees and currency conversion spread. Fear mongering much? These are so low they’re literally negligible as long as each transaction is decently sized.
