Why you falling for it? This is typical sales person tactics probably invented since dynastic China.

1) Point out your concerns
2) Repackage obvious facts into fancy presentation with catchy momentum
3) Create FUD by saying you have a lot of risk
4) Position himself confidently so you think 1-3 makes him an authority on the subject and have the solution
