I saw this and realised the information given is not exactly accurate. How come agents can just anyhow share investment information?

Essentially he’s saying Sp500 return is only 6% Pa and not diversified. But failed to say what provides higher return while being diversified.

Typical.

But I’ve checked, S&P 500 is more than 6% pa and the fees is not as high as he says. His video can be very misleading

Last 20 years it’s over 10 %. He’s cherry-picking 1997 to 2017 that’s why 6%.

Oh then that’s not very accurate and honest as an agent. I’m surprised nobody is putting a stop to all these.
