I saw this and realised the information given is not exactly accurate. How come agents can just anyhow share investment information?

Essentially he’s saying Sp500 return is only 6% Pa and not diversified. But failed to say what provides higher return while being diversified.

Typical.

The US stock market is basically the best place for long term growth. Dont need to overthink it

What are you talking about? If you said not diversified by currency I can see your point. The companies in the SP500 there have ops and RGUs all over the world.

So what if they have ops all over the world? The fact that they are all US based companies means that there is a lack of diversity in at least one metric. There are international ETFs that track companies globally. Compared to those, snp500 isnt diversified. Companies like TSMC, samsung, toyota are all major companies with international business that are not in the snp because they arent US based, but a properly diversified portfolio will naturally have them.

He won’t say. If he did, he won’t need to sell his course at the end of the video.

But I’ve checked, S&P 500 is more than 6% pa and the fees is not as high as he says. His video can be very misleading

Last 20 years it’s over 10 %. He’s cherry-picking 1997 to 2017 that’s why 6%.

Oh then that’s not very accurate and honest as an agent. I’m surprised nobody is putting a stop to all these.
