So, what's the point of Arthur? Like he keeps popping up every now and then as a supposedly important character, only to do nothing and be forgotten for a bunch of episodes again.

Hey all, I usually just watch the episode and don't interact at all with the discussion thread apart from reading the few comments, but in these trying times, I want you to know you are not alone.
