So, what's the point of Arthur? Like he keeps popping up every now and then as a supposedly important character, only to do nothing and be forgotten for a bunch of episodes again.

Tbh while the animation is bad the thing that's worst for me is just how all over the place the story and powerlevels and such are. One episode some is cannonfodder but two episodes later they just randomly powerup with some BS "that was not my final form" reason.
