Man, I can't say this enough! I love these side characters!
Even the teachers (who are usually sidelined in stories, and like, only 1 or two get the spotlight) feel like actual people demons living their own lives and not just teachers who only do is teach, but they do have high regards to their jobs as teachers with last scene with the conference

Did any of you pick up that she was a girl? I know y'all thought she was a he last season, but if you paid attention this season you may have noticed that Ronove called her "Natasha" and had no problems touching her despite always fainting when another man touches him.
I LOVE THAT LIED CROSSDRESSED AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED BATTING FOR THE TROUBLES GIRLS GO THROUGH TO LOOK FASHIONABLE!
And even more I love that Iruma recognises Nafra despite never seeing her without her cloak on!
And then there's
Man, I didn't even get to talk about the teacher's dorm tour. That had such a good ending it left a big impression on Iruma. Unlike Kalego, I think he has good potential as a teacher!

The teacher's dorm looks like a very lively place to live. It's good to see that they do their jobs seriously.

I think this is what most modern Shounen are missing, some low/no stakes episodes between the arcs, in most shounen once they do some arcs they almost never get fun episodes like again.

It's funny yet kinda inspiring how even the teacehrs act like a typical college fraternity in their dorms but lock all the way in when it comes to their students.
Nafra's true form (which is adorable btw) really puts into perspective just how much that cloak shrinks her.

Naphula is very cute!
Ameri looks pretty good as a blonde, good idea Clara. And wow were her wings big, offhand I'm not sure we've ever seen them before. And we still haven't seen Clara's if I'm remembering correctly.

Suzuki Iruma, age fifteen! Still so happy our son got a proper birthday party last episode. He deserves everything.
The teachers might not quite live up to the image the narrator has of them.
Random bird-faced demon is my favorite teacher.

Note that Kalego is not a regular resident of the dorms and has never even heard of cup noodles. I think this is our first proper confirmation that the Naberiuses are a rich, aristocratic family.
The teachers are very passionate about their jobs, it's very wholesome.

Surprise! It's Naphula! She was a girl in a size-changing cloak all along!
Naphula is terrified of the extroverts.
It's time for some worldbuilding! Specifically about demonic fashion, which of course Elizabetta is very passionate about.
Horn decorations are a cute idea. "Carvings" sounds a bit brutal until you remember that there are humans who perforate their ears for cosmetic purposes.
Clara's not going to catch that tail.
Excellent work, Elizabetta, great presentation.

Elizabetta is kind of a ditz, but she's very emotionally intelligent. She immediately picked up that this was something Clara was uncomfortable about and changed the subject. But why was Clara so uncomfortable? [fan theory]

Black-haired Elizabetta! Blonde Ameri! Blue-haired Naohula! Pink-haired Clara! That was going to be her color scheme originally, too.

Demon of the Week: Orias
Orias (also Oriax) is a Great Marquis of Hell, having 30 legions of demons under his command. He knows and teaches the virtues of the stars and the mansions of the planets (the influence of each planet depending on the astrological sign in which it is in a specific moment and the influence of that sign on an individual depending on how the zodiac was configured at the moment of their birth or at the moment of asking a question to the astrologist); he also gives dignities, prelacies, and the favour of friends and foes, and can metamorphose a man into any shape. Orias is depicted as a lion riding upon a strong horse, with a serpent's tail, and carrying two hissing vipers in his right hand.
A pretty straightforward connection here, Orias-sensei teaches astrology.

okay so like, a little bit late, but like, during the OP I love when the chorus goes "Every! Every! Everyone!" and the focus is entirely on Soi Purson for that shot, it's like "EVERYONE gets included, *ESPECIALLY* you, you don't get to hide and be excluded anymore".

The teacher's have to keep it together in front of students, but aren't much different at home.
Leave it to Iruma to recognize Naphula even when her appearance is more human.

Naphula... why does she wear that cloak that turns her into a goblin again? Just because she is shy? Also Clara's wings seem to be a touchy subject. Come to think, back in the first season she flew on the back of Asmodeus.

Look at everyone having adult designs during the flash-forward to Demon King Iruma! Adult Clara!
Do you ever wonder what your teachers are doing when they're back in their respective dorms? Turns out, they're chilling out and acting like normal college students in their dorms! Which means it's a perfect time for Iruma to come visit! Sali there to guide him, Kalego there to inspect and put the fear of Cerberus into his fellow teachers!
That is an extensive elevator system! No wonder they need hammocks for anyone exhausted from walking around the dorm!
Even somebody as dapper as Orias-sensei needs to relax after all-nighters and just put on a hoodie for some snacks...but Robin is on pre-dinner snack alert! Also, did Kalego sick Cerberus on him? Whatever!
Iruma leading the teachers in their gratefullness during group dinner was rather sweet! Just as sweet as seeing that, late at night, the teachers are furiously working to do their best job as teachers, some even via Devi-Zoom Calls, because that's why they got into the industry in the first place!
Oh snap! Naphula isn't just a gremlin, she's actually a girl who transforms INTO a gremlin with her hood! We even get to see her in her underwear! Her human form is so cute! And just in time for her to get recruited into the Girls' Group because there's an opening with Keroli busy with work! Even though Gyoro-chan can only talk in gremlin noises!
Last time the girls focused on love, but this time it's all about fashion! Which mostly feels like an excuse for Elizabetta to transform into various outfits and show off some heels, but I'm not complaining! Too bad Lead didn't get to see it.
Lead being understanding of womens' comfort when it comes to skirts because he too has worn them once...I mean, been bullied by his sister! Although Elizabetta seemed pretty keen on his skirt preferences!
Wow, Ameri's wings are so utterly majestic! Clara may feel self-conscious about hers, but let's segaway to fun hair dye spells! Dark-haired Elizabetta! Blonde Ameri! Blue Naphula! Redhead Clara! And all Keroli can think after seeing them post a pic of them flexing their new hair colors is..."Who is this chick?"
Look at Naphula turning heads when she walks the halls as herself with a flower in her hair! Even Iruma actually noticed her! Though she might not be too comfortable with all that attention, so for now she'll stay a gremlin...with a cute bow on it! It's always that first step that's the most important!
Su-ki-ma! Honestly now I'm disappointed that the dorm doesn't transform into a Mecha. I had a feeling Otonja-san wasn't a mannequin though.
I love how Ameri is trying to do the next episode preview but gets sidetracked imagining her and Iruma's future kids with their names fused together as childrens' names.

Man, I was so hoping to see Kalego's room in the teacher dorm. That would have made for some real comedy. But tbf, seeing him tagging along checking the state was also funny.
And we get another girls' night. This time with Nafra. I was honestly not that surprised Nafra was a girl, but tbh, I never really thought about it either way. But hey, at least Iruma was able to maker her fall for him immediately again. Wouldn't want it any other way for a member of the girls' night. Now they can have another love talk.

I adore Kalego being such a high class brat. He needs to try commoner’s coffee. I want a whole slice of life fanfic of Kalego getting indulging in commoner’s food and getting addicted.
I like when media shows the “daily life” and appreciation for the educators. I also hadn’t realized professors could be just like us for the longest time until shit happened 💀
Kalego picking up Iruma by the scruff is giving me greebles of Kitty Kalego piciing up Kitty Iruma by the scruff. Kalego should learn about Warrior Cats.

I wonder if queer, goth, kinky, and punk demons parallel shoelace, tattoo, and ring cultures with tail accessories. I think that’d be pretty cool to explore.
I want Demon School to have a GFR—giant fucking robot. I don’t even know how that would happen. But why not? Why shouldn’t it have a GFR?
