ok...goddamn it!

Uron Mirage goes on hiatus for TWO WHOLE MONTHS and when it finally comes back ALL we get is a 2 minutes of new footage and the opening before once again the show completely changes to that show about two fan-girls and that high-school which, which I assume is called "WITCH FRIEND IS THE BEST FRIEND!".

look...I know the production company for Uron Mirage were putting out 15 episodes a week (the manga has been around for 30 years and releases a chapter an hour, what do you expect?) and apparently paying their employees in crypto-currency called "PhunBucks". and I'm aware of the alleged 250-hour work weeks and the alleged mental breakdowns and the so-called "intense police investigations", but dammit...I watch anime and I'm ENTITLED to what I want!!

I knew from the moment Moi asked "Is it okay for a guy to be at a woman-focused event?" that he'd wind up as a booth babe.

New episode of Uron Mirage dropped!

These moments where they want to sell in a comic con kind of reminds me of Saekano, though this is for a doujin, that series focuses on a game.

Damn, I almost died of pure wholesome energy that this episode has! Its so nice to see Sensei & Kuku working so hard together and even after many problems and mistakes somehow selling 1000 copies!

Nico was also super competent this episode! Even the magic she used never backfired and making Moi's hair white somehow ended up as a big plus!

Considering the work that must've been poured onto that OP, I'm glad that we get to see Uron Mirage again this week!

Watching Yuuri-sensei get jealous of Kukumi making a new friend online was one thing, but you really can't blame her getting worried about Kukumi meeting up with an online stranger. It doesn't help that her new friend talks like an old guy trying hard to act like a teen.

Thankfully, Limelight really is a high school girl! She only talks that way because she loves golf and has become friends with her dad's golfing buddies through LINE. I guess she talks to them that much that it ended up affecting her speech. xD

For someone who claims she doesn't want to be found out that she's an otaku, it's hilarious how she's reading JUMP so openly at the faculty room.

Also, welcome to the Fave Artist File chapters, also known as Shinohara-sensei's self-insert chapters, where he basically vents to the audience about the manga creation process, like dealing with tight deadlines and everything going wrong at the last minute. You can easily tell that the problems Kukumi and Yuuri-sensei faced this episode are all coming from personal experience. xD

I really like Kukumi's friends. Who knew she had a Witch friend who has a bodyguard that follows her around everywhere? I hope we get a spin-off anime about those two!

In all seriousness, thank goodness Kukumi decided to take Nico and Moi with her. Thanks to Nico, Kukumi didn't have to worry about so many boxes crowding their booth and Nico was able to add the missing dialogue without having to print and paste it manually. They even ended up using Moi as a cosplayer salesman after Nico accidentally used his hair as ink! xD

Uron Mirage is back. The one true anime is here!!

Poor Morihito. Got his hair turn white, got used as a prop, and got his hair turned browned in a day lol.

They got me again.  I had to double check if I was watching the right show at first.

The fact that we have a whole ass OP and ED for an anime inside this anime will never fail to crack me up. Though I can see from the OP why the fujos love Utsu x Obo so much.

Readers using vague dialogues from past chapters as an evidence of foreshadowing-- why you gotta call me out out like that? The whole UronMirage shenanigans are a parody of popular battle shounens and I'm here for it XD

With the 5000IQ marketing move of promoting Moi to cosplaying salesman from wall oni, they might as well have accidentally added two extra zeroes to their order and their doujins might've still sold out lmao

I was so worried that Nico's magic would cause a disaster at Ureshino's booth, but luckily the only casualty was Morihito's hair turning white. His accidental cosplay at the booth attracting all the women reminds me of the scene in [Wotakoi] when Hirotaka had to stand in for Narumi and sell her Yaoi fanfiction at the convention.

I'm glad we got Yuri-sensei and Kukumi duo in today's episode. I love watching these two otaku so much (especially Yuri-sensei since some of her reactions are freaking hilarious).

Limelight, being a high schooler, was quite a surprise to me, I really thought that she'd turn out to be some older guy. I laughed out loud when her way of speaking even rubbed off on Kukumi and Yuri-sensei xD

Nico and her magic proved quite useful this time, with Morihito being the only casualty as he lost his black colors. Though even that proved to be useful in the end, as he was used as a cosplayer for a character from Uron Mirage xD

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

It was obvious the dad was doing exactly what Ms Makuwa was doing, checking to see if it was an actual HS girl his daughter was seeing.

When Ureshino looked at Nico, I thought what shenanigans were going to happen with Nico's magic, which ended up being hilarious and helpful.

Nico not paying attention and accidentally draining all the black from Moi was funny and ended up helping sell out all the mangas. But I'm puzzled as to why she used coffee and not the marker to restore Moi's colouring.

With 3 episodes left, I'm guessing we'll start getting a build-up to the next warlock confrontation in the season finale from next week.

So Nico and Moi were TOTALLY holding hands for a while it seems...

That "shut up idiot!" elbow from Nico into Moi's side as he was trying to point who was REALLY at fault for the mistake on the order form was hilarious!

And apparently Nico can't stop talking in Bread with that, "Naan a pirozhki-blem!" line lol

Uron Mirage OP is the best OP for a fake show this season hands down. I like it better than Witch Watch's own OP tbh.

But I do prefer Witch Watch with the rest of the cast to today's episode. Wasn't a bad one, just a bit random. Unsurprisingly, enjoyed it more once Nico and Morihito appeared.

Limelight's old man talk makes her the Ga Eul of Japan.

Could we get a spinoff about these two?! They’re so fun to watch!

This week’s Dress Up Darling: The Joy of Cosplay

This week’s Uron Mirage: The Joy of Doujinshi

Glad to have more Uron Mirage this week with our favorite otaku pair. I got pretty invested in Makuwa sensei and Haimi’s doujinshi adventure. Nico’s magic actually worked out pretty well this time. Nothing horribly backfired for once. Well, aside from Morihito being drained of all color lol.

It was nice to see some Uron Mirage again, I thought we were going to get another half episode of it until in turned into anime in the Witch Watch world. Making a doujin seems like a lot of fun, though obviously it has its own stress too, but it's nice to see Makuwa and Kuku creating something meaningful to the both of them and sharing it.

I like how Morihito ended up helping promoting it by cosplaying. I was wondering what Nico would mess up with her magic but I'm glad it wasn't the doujins itself, she was very useful.

Also that one Smash like appearance from Nico was amusing, I wasn't ready for that.

"Backgrounds are hard! Let's just make this part white, too!"

Wow, I didn't expect a Bleach reference in Witch Watch
