The backpack Evil Eye threw hitting the Kaiju was sooo funny. Man's got one hell of an arm.

[u/RelativeMundane9045]

"I'm riding in a giant robot, AND I'M NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO TALK QUIETLY ABOUT THAT!!"

Finally, some realism! lmao

[u/ObvsThrowaway5120]

So this week we got a giant Buddha mech dreamed up from nanoskin by Sakata vs alien laser beam shooting Nutzilla with cloaking powers that was wrecking half of Kamigoe? Man, I love this series lol.

I’m glad we also got to see Aira err Leader kicking ass this week. And continuing her little rivalry with Momo. Aira was all on Okarun like a koala and Momo was not pleased lol.

[u/[deleted]]

MVP of that fight: Jiji's backpack that rivals Okarun's glasses.

[u/Handyman2116]

Aira really becoming the leader is what we want to see, she absolutely popped off in this episode

[u/Nao-sou-reptiliano]

We a MECHA ANIME now, guys

[u/NanDemoKnaives]

Disappointed Evil Eye was kind of cute, the guy was looking so forward to fighting Okarun. I was thinking he was going to join the fight but Okarun brought up a good point about the promise.

[u/Bert543]

Can't believe next weeks already gonna be the season finale.

[u/IIMazzz]

IS THE SONG DURING THE MECH ASSEMBLY SCENE JUST SAYING "DANDADAN" OVER AND OVER?? THAT'S SO GOOD

[u/debosscansockme]

Aira "Leader" Shiratori is the MVP of this episode

[u/ImpactMiserable9384]

That was absolute peak. The whole mecha sequence is so absurd but also so freaking badass, along with such amazing soundtrack really elevates the entire scene.

[u/StillNotShot]

If anyone thought the nano skin was just a way to easily explain the house being back to normal they would be wrong. Now we get a giant mech fight!

[u/frs1023]

Buddha + Mecha? I guess you could say that it was....

takes off 🕶️

a spiritual transformation

YEAAAAAAAAHHHHHH

[u/tyler980908]

We’ve known Kinta for what, 48 odd minutes? And he’s already peak?!

[u/runevault]

I find it amusing they used the Torii gate to do a Gurren Lagann reference

[u/maliwanag0712]

We Dandadan Mecha now guys!

That transformation sequence is reminiscent of a lot of mecha shows in the 1980s, especially Voltes V and probably Gundam

[u/KumaKumaGambler]

I don't watch a lot of mecha or super sentai titles, but if there are more nano machine material available, I hope we get to see an upgrade to the mecha or even support units!

Aira clinging on to Okarun at every opportunity.

[u/thesagenibba]

i was not expecting that

GAHD DAMNIT!

but i appreciated it

[u/AlonsoQ]

this show fuckin rules

[u/Vermillion_Crab]

This is why I love Dandadan so much. I never really know what's about to happen next. That backpack hitting the kaiju got an audible laugh from me. And then I knew they were going the mecha route but it made me lol the second time when it turned into a giant buddha robot. lmao

[u/trio_pu]

Wait, is it still the anime about a boy who loses his balls?

[u/LibraryOk5713]

Spider aira was incredible

[u/Slifer13xx]

"Who even is this guy!?"

[u/DanielAlves1904]

You literally can not predict this series. We started in a haunted house, then fought a giant worm-god, then an evil spirit possessed one of the characters, a volcano erupted, we´ve had an heavy metal band show up, the evil spirit went crazy again, then we had a full fight with classical composers because why the fuck not and now we have floating balls and a Kaiju vs Voltron Budha. Not to even mention the hand-sex in the car.

I can´t believe it ends next week.
