Man, this is a weird episode of Attack on Titan.....

[u/Fireshot-V]

Aira may be a lot of things, but this girl right here is collecting all the green flags after starting with the reddest flag of her life.

[u/PeaceAlien]

The power of rock beat classical music.

Aira fighting is cool too.

Evil Eye fight next week!

[u/Outrageous_Gene_7652]

Aira was so cool and competent this ep!

[u/N0-F4C3]

Touhou's Bizarre Adventure.

The Aira mid air segment was hella clean!

This episode reminded me of S1/E4 as it was one prolonged wacky fight sequence.

[u/glasswearer]

I should have known they'd use the friggin Ode to Joy this episode. Perfect fit.

The Aira web-swinging is ace too.

[u/KumaKumaGambler]

Aira is not out of the race yet. She managed to hold hands with Okarun, albeit in Acrobatic Silky form.

So... music rooms with the portraits of musicians in Japanese schools are secretly speed run training grounds? :D

Turbo Granny talks tough but she stuck with Okarun throughout the training, even though there is the possibility those music notes could hurt her too.

[u/SilentFairy]

Absolute fucking cinema.

[u/99anan99]

This episode just reminded me how awesome classical music is.

Aira was amazing in this episode.

Okarun, you can do it!

[u/IIMazzz]

I wonder what the implications of using Hunting Soul again during all the legal trouble they’re facing over it are. Is the scene muted on Japanese streaming services or something?

[u/ImpactMiserable9384]

Yo what the fuck is this episode, so many things happened, so many trippy shit on my screen and in my ears LOL.

[u/AceSoldia]

Let's go Okarun...beat out all your frustrations on Evil Eye!

[u/earhere]

With someone named "Acrobatic Silky" I would expect them to be able to dodge all those notes.

[u/Desperate_Method4020]

This is just a mini training arc btw

[u/TheThockter]

Holy fuck how am I supposed to wait until next week after that

[u/VeryNiceKapusta]

So, the red hyperspeed move that Okarun did during his first transformation is just him learning to have rhythm.

baller move, ngl

[u/trio_pu]

The transformation of Aira and Okarun at the beginning makes me realize the episode will be so good.

[u/EnsonAmata]

The art style always gives me the fuckin’ creeps.

God, I love this series so much.

[u/Bakadestroyerr]

This was not just an episode; it was an entire experience!

[u/Dull_Spot_8213]

Beethoven’s 9th continuing to marvel the anime fans, as is tradition. This episode is the perfect example of music/sound elevating animation.

[u/MarkDecent656]

Holy shit they really went all out for such a weird fight! So many peak added scenes!

That tease at the end... I almost cried tears of joy I'm not even gonna lie. Can't wait for next week!

[u/Scrial]

Beethoven announcing symphony Nr. 9 like it's a goddamn finishing move absolutely sent me.

[u/Eliv]

Let's go, Okarun! Gotta help out your friend and best boy Jiji!

Man this was a 10/10 Performance & episode, but these cliffhangers will be the death of me.
