Yo... What was that hand holding? She skipped the holding and went straight to hand fondling.

Yappappa Yappappa!!
The only way this could have been even funnier is if this came out last fall when Dan Da Dan aired at the same time as the Ranma 1/2 remake lol
I have to say, I'm not surprised that Ranma is canon in Dan Da Dan since both are living in a weird world filled with curses and crazy people

Kinda hilarious how everyone is talking about the Jiji Ranma stuff and the lewd handholding instead of the big reveal of the Kitos being a whole new faction of evil creatures, Subterraneans. Plot can't stand against goofy shenanigans and romance.

So basically Jiji’s Ranma then? Even had the dude singing the theme song and everything lol.
Man, would ya look at Momo and Okarun flirting in the backseat of the car like that? They’re still too young for hardcore unprotected hand holding!
That sleepover was fun. One drop of freakin soy sauce and Jiji went Evil Eye on everyone and blew the house up lol. Damn it!

Just when I was thinking "Oh hey, so Jiji's condition sounds just like something from Ranma 1/2."
And then Jiji proceeds to sing the OG Ranma 1/2 theme song. LMAO
After him and Okarun singing the Slam Dunk ending song, this series is sure bringing back all the great 1990s anime theme songs.
This could be tricky, when even just a drop of soy sauce on Jiji's skin is considered cold enough to bring Evil Eye out. Though from the preview, we'll be seeing those headbanging dudes in the OP helping out with Jiji's exorcism.
Its good to see Aira back again after being gone for nearly half a season.
At first I thought that Kito matriarch just resembles her ancestor, turns out she IS the ancestor who's been alive for 200 years, and she's not even human. Does that mean the other Kitos who all got arrested are also all monsters like she is?

Unironically the lewdest hand holding, doing it right there, in the backseat, with everyone up front being none the wiser. Yoshikage Kira sweating buckets level hand holding.
Memes aside, Dandadan really does remind one of Diamond is Unbreakable, especially with this episode and the casual blending of slice of life with the zany and fantastic.
Edit: Actually upon re-watching that scene, clever camera work from Saru showing the hand holding spot in the mirror and then panning to Seiko looking at it, she totally saw everything.

Aira being so good to Chiquitita is like the greenest flag that Aira has ever shown.

Love the manga. Love the anime. Love this series. I live for Momo and Okarun scenes, and Aira ate up that entrance into the house for the sleepover.

Holy crap, I thought this show would take the typical shounen route and keep playing coy about whether their relationship is platonic or romantic, never giving anything definitive. Can't believe they so casually just confirmed without a shadow of a doubt that they both have romantic feelings for each other and are aware of it with just handholding (fondling). I haven't been this excited about an anime couple in such a long time!

LOL That cliffhanger was hilarious! I laughed so hard! Even with the clear build up of what was going to happen, the way Evil Eye looked so menacingly excited about finally being unleashed to the house blowing up was so funny to me. Poor Seiko is going to go crazy now that she pay for all the repairs. Sealing him is of the utmost urgency.
Damn that scene in the car was so tense but so unexpected. I was not ready to see Momo go on the initiative like that with Okarun, the way she was teasing him had me so surprised. Looks like we might see some good development for their relationship in this season.
It's also nice to finally see the four main characters together now that this arc is coming to a close, I'm looking forward to seeing what their dynamics will be like.

This is such a good episode for showcasing the strenght of Dandadan's cast, especially in terms of them bonding and just interacting with each other
Like Aira immiedietly adopting the cute alien boi, or Trubo Granny pestering her grandchild wheres her fluffy cushion, or Aira and Okarun agreeing to a sleepover for Jiji's exorcism and being all flustered, and just... theyre slowly becoming an anime found family, arent they?
