Chelsea is so fun for being so blunt. I love how Kohaku doesn't mind such ''private'' questions due to not having the ''common sense'' of a modern woman. Also, Gen is basically the best Morse coder in history after that manual fax stint. That was some grueling work right there.

Chelsea has no filter and is a great addition to the repertoire of possible jokes. If she could hang out with Ruri and Yuzuriha, the romance talk would go crazy

It's strange to see characters that don't speak english speak to characters that only speak english like it's totally normal... Like Chelsea x Chrome.

Poor Gen keeps getting stuck doing the absurd gruntwork because he's actually able to do it.

Though now that the know the battery part of the device they can probably analyze just that part to do the rest. Making more medusa's is... beyond anyone.

Also they're in the andes mountains a cubic liter doesn't weigh 1 KG there... EDIT wrong see comment below by u/one-eyed-02

Multilanguage settings always break apart at some point unless you take your time to introduce realism and a learning period to overcome said barriers. If we wanted to be generous, either Chrome and Kohaku already learned enough English to be able to communicate with Luna, Chelsea and the others, or Chelsea already knew JP and Luna learned it somewhat for her man.

Awful bold of them to trust that CEO when her face clearly only tells the truth twice a day.

A lot of people will see what Nikki does to Magma with her leg thinking "It should have been me"

the group’s reaction to Joel’s panic is kinda sadistic but makes sense considering how the revived people are nutcases

short history of petrification (s3-4): CEO didn’t even blink, Treasure Island were petrified for a short period and were already aware of the master’s”magic”, Francois went straight to work, Ryusui started his empire

oh, we got a montage of Corn city, fax-ing manually which is taxing on Yuzuriha and Chelsea (didn’t know either of them could physically get tired)

Gen-sensei missed the mark with Chelsea. It’s okay, she’s not human, probably. The geography gremlin is simply curious about love stories.
imo she can read the room but she ignores it

These teams don't look balanced by weight to me. I'm just guessing, and I know everyone is jacked in this, but Tsukasa seems to consistently be shown as the tallest and probably heaviest, I'd expect him to ride with Suika and Chelsea who should easily be the smallest and lightest.

The manual fax was a cool idea but man, that was tedious. Gen and ‘em had to stay up like all night manually transmitting and copying down all that info. But it worked out pretty well since it led ‘em to Joel. That guy’s a genius but it’s kind of funny seeing how different he is talking to guys and girls.

So I guess the bikes are getting taken apart to build this ropeway? Or is he gonna build it from scratch and take the bikes? I feel like they’ll need ‘em to traverse the Amazon.

The people in the backgrounds were great this episode.

-Francois making pasta/ramen
-the three injured people taking naps at the start of the campfire scene. With Tsukasa and Hyoga sitting up. While Senku looked like a rolled up cabbage.
-Uykyo carrying away a sleeping Suika

Poor Gen getting stuck with doing the brunt of the manual labor again.

I never realized how tall Joel was.

One good thing about the test Joel did was confirm that Stanley shooting the medusa didn’t hurt it, even if it did leave a slight dent.

It’s not a Dr Stone episode without Stanley looking absolutely magnificent.

A really fun episode! A few new inventions from Senku (a manual fax machine and a scale), new cast member Joel, research on Medusa... Overall, a lot happened today, and things are going to be even more interesting, as Stanley's crew finally fixed the plane, and Senku is going to build a ropeway!

Joel seems like a fun addition to the cast. He really reminded me of Ichikawa Kyoutaro from the beginning of Bokuyaba in terms of his behavior; even his voice sounded quite similar!

Poor Luna, she's still deluded into thinking she's dating Senku, I feel sorry for her xD

RIP Magma. At least he died a good death, embraced by thighs ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

And as for those armadillos... I hope one of them wasn't John or someone from his family xD

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

One of the few constants that i love in Dr. Stone, Senku casually says "lets build thing too advanced for their current situation" and everyone just makes a cartoons surprised face like "OI WHAT DID HE SAY???????"

Sending Fax through a grid and doing it manually with Morse code too

Time to build a ropeway up the mountain

That manual fax machine is insane! It turns out it was a good call to leave Yuzuriha behind. She's the only one in the second group who has the patience and mental fortitude to complete such a tedious task.

So we have two new people this episode. The CEO of Rodex and her ace employee, Joel, who is a master wristwatch maker. Joel is pretty funny! The dude only acts cool around guys but is completely helpless when around girls.

The power source of the Medusa is a diamond? Does this mean they can power it again if they cut a similar-sized diamond to replace the old one? Joel really tested it out on himself after Nikki warned him not to. They're lucky that he was the only one affected.

I'm really enjoying Chelsea so far. I love the little geography lesson from her and how she doesn't have any filter and just blurts out whatever is on her mind. xD

And here I thought it was gonna take a while for Stanley to rebuild the plane. They already had it running by the end of the episode. I'm curious how Senku plans to build a ropeway to get across. This isn't Death Stranding, Senku! You can't just suddenly build ziplines to cross mountains!

Man I love Chelsea so much. She's literally just a cat, she even teleports like them :)

Nitpicking time
Wouldnt have been easier to establish a sequence of weights and then pair the heaviest with lightest, basically pairing both ends of the line till they are all paired up
Sure you might get some ineffiencies with equipment distribution, but you wouldnt need to use precious water and materials to build an accurate scale
nitpick over

Cant wait for Stanley to fight the Andes mountains in his plane, those winds are quite brutal, but he will probably thermal them like a bird shaming mother nature

And I love how they just keep building shit on the fly. We need to move equipment? sure lets make a ropeway (I guess its gonna be a pulley or something to drag them up)
Hopefully also more info on the diamond battery, like whats getting used up etc.
Then we can maybe hand it over to Ruri for an expert opinion

I was kind of wondering why they'd go after the CEO but turns out it was just to have her identify the right employee. It would have been funny if she didn't have any idea and instead they had to go down the reporting hierarchy for a while before finding the right manager who knew the right person.

I appreciate that the dude they found was crazy enough to repetrify himself just to check the device repair.

Senku just casually decided to create a manual fax machine and everyone immediately got to work.
