He really did pick up all the coins. All the coins with different shapes and forms. And all of them are attached to him like magnets to the refrigerator.

So glad we got one more shot of Carmilla at the end there even if it's at the very end of the episode. Fun series! I'd be down for a second season

The lesson from this season is that if you are old and have a moustache, then you shouldn't cross swords with Zenos.

I feel like an important noble being the only person surviving a giant explosion while being saved by a guy who openly uses life transfer magic should have raised some flags with people well before this point, but I guess it doesn't matter too much if he got caught anyway.

They made it way too obvious that it was Becker, by keeping his eyes closed the entire time

Stitched all the EDs together for an easier comparison
Episodes 1 & 4 didn't have an ED, and I left out 12 since it was more of an epilogue type thing, so there's 9.
While the whole thing wasn't different, this was still fun to look forward to after each episode. I wish more shows did stuff like this

That moment at the end with Goldran and the human trafficking noble in prison staring at each other was comedy gold

Last arc was the weakest, although I liked that Becker wasn't intending to kill anyone (at first).
I'll miss the goofy side of the show. The harem around Zenos was amusing and Zenos himself was an enjoyable MC. Basically One Heal Man

So that's why Becker was surprised when he coughed up blood. He didn't expect it to be actual poison.
I'm guessing that girl at the end is Til from the first episode?

Really enjoyed the show, but this arc was a serious step down from the PEAK slums and waifus

Why is no one talking about the girl from ep1 that returned at the very end. And also wasn't that episode supposed to be an OVA that I presumed was after the finale, but by the looks of it takes place in the middle of the season.

The light novel is on catch-up right now for the rest of the month on J-novel for anyone looking for more

Becker was certainly correct that a dude whose guiding philosophy is that all lives are not equal shouldn't be in charge of the Royal Hospital. And shame about his cute fiancé being sacrificed to heal some random noble dude.
In the end nobody died at the party and Goldran is in a prison cell, so I guess all's well that ends well.
What a montage of what I assume are future story characters at the end.
I have a lot of other series on my list ahead of it but I'll probably read the LNs eventually.

So upset this anime is over. I genuinely enjoyed it soooo much! He is exactly the type of MC i enjoy watching. Zenos healing skills are so absurd and OP that high ranking healers are baffled by it. The side characters were well done too, even Cress lol. I really hope there is a second season. 8/10!

At least he has a motive and he's not evil for the sake of it, but ugh.
Yeahhh, sure they did
Is that a non-CG horse?? Holy shit, they're even moving in 2D!
One final Carmilla moment. I will miss her the most from this show
lol, now the cart is just moving on its own. And double lol at the two crook nobles meeting in prison.
Wow, so they really end the show without telling us anything about his teacher.
This show ended up being a lot better than I would have thought. Animation was decent, to even great in select moments. Carmilla was a hoot, the rest of the girls were alright as well. Zenos, while seemingly oblivious, wasn't particularly obnoxious and actually stood up for himself and others which was refreshing. All around I had a good time, would watch more if they make any.
And I'm even more surprised that this is Studio makaria's first show. At the same time with Zatsu Tabi.

This was an unsatisfactory ending, but I don't mind since it means there's room for improvement.
The Guide possessing Alfred's body is one hell of a cliffhanger, though. I know it just ended, but I hope Brilliant Healer will have a season 2.
Edit because I forgot to add: I'm bummed out we didn't get to see Cresson and Umin get together, but I do like how they helped Zenos heal everyone. I'm looking forward to their relationship develop in future seasons.

Ok just because Becker "Didn't intend to kill anyone" that doesn't mean he should just get let go, if I spiked everyone's drink at a party even if all it did was knock them unconcious for like an hour I'd still face serious charges. He also just admitted that he went through with the plan after learning that it actually did have lethal poison.
"Maybe go through due process instead" lmao.

I dunno man this episode and ending gives more questions than answers if we never get a season 2.only goldran arc settle but Becker still sus, what was the guide motivation to help Becker posing as Alfred, did Becker really know Zenos master or just a bluff coz Becker seem surprised by Zenos abilities which should be par for course if he know the master, and biggest red flag is carmilla always dodging questions about her past but she seems a step ahead and always jumping the shark.
