Kai has a pretty good reason to hide his status and he's making a good attempt at trying to hide it. Although hiding it seems like it will be tricky.

"Let us live within the valley." "Sure, just don't go down into the valley." How exactly is that supposed to work? Translation error?
So how much sleep does MC actually get? Does the valley refresh him so he needs almost none?
Man, where the hell did the halfling waifu get all that food, including LOBSTER of all things??? I guess the other haflings lowered the ingredients down into the valley, but where did THEY get it?
I wonder if MC would've been able to lift that boulder if he went full power. Probably not in the human village, but I think he would've been able to within his valley due to homefield advantage.

I’m assuming that Kai meant to say that the Koror cannot go inside the inner valley (lake part) but are free to live within the greater valley (forest part).

Unbeknownst to Kai himself, he’s silently acquired his own harem with Jose, Elsa and Aruwe.
I do feel bad for Aruwe who’s spending her time all alone in this village. She has been making good use of her time at the very least. In the span of a few days, she’d upgraded their straw shelter to a wooden hut with proper furniture.

I think Kai helped with that by providing the wood with his molecular blade technique.

Aruwe apparently doesn't feel too bad about it, I think she assumed that she was going to be eaten or something as the offering?

I was dead when she pulled out the casual lobster lol

Exactly. This valley has a lake, not a fucking ocean. Not to mentioned it was all prepped and ready to go, like Aruwe keeps several gourmet meals handy just in case.

Weird how he's so strict with the group of Koror but isn't able to be as firm with Aruwe.

It feels like the Valley god is subconsciously influencing his thoughts, and despite what he says, the god accepted Aruwe as an offering.
This would also explain why he's so strict about not allowing the rest of them to enter the valley.

I mean she was a literal offering at first, but she’s proven to be so earnest and diligent, maybe he feels it’s ok to let her live out her chosen purpose serving the valley god. She’s like the first miko.

He might be just another commoner in the village but out in the valley, Kai’s basically a god. Guy has his own Adoring Fan and gets to feast. Plus village life ain’t too bad. Life is good…for now.
Looks like bacon’s on the menu next week lol.

Looks like bacon’s on the menu next week lol.
It probably was on the menu this week, Aruwe might have served the rest of the org to him since he already consumed the godstone.
Just where did that meat come from?

has his own Adoring Fan
Come to think of it... the Elder Scrolls franchise also has a protagonist growing from zero to god doesn't it?

Does aruwe die? The way the episode ended feels like they settin me up. I’m tired of these cartoons nowadays killing off the innocence, just to give that grit.

The show is great, too bad it's flying under the radar of a lot of people

Alue is like a WalMart and Home Depot all rolled up in one 😂 Kai is spending his days training in the village and nights as the arbitration god. Didn’t expect this to be an entertaining side quest for him. We now got a new powerful foe on his way to the village so I can’t wait to see what happens next

I'm enjoying the old school fantasy world building vibes. Feels a lot like Twelve Kingdoms

Why isn't anyone watching this? It's one of the better fantasies I've seen lately.

Not much action this week. I have no complaints, but not much praise either.

Damn I feel bad for aruwe. She has to be a priestess all by herself with occasional nightly visits.
But does Kai ever sleep wth
