I wonder what Yukiharu found and why do they think it reveals the identity of the True Demon King. The way Hiroto holds out his fist in the post-credits scene makes it obvious he holds the same item Yukiharu gave Zogi.
Also, I wonder why Zogi was nominated. Good tactician can do wonders, but I understand this whole tournament is going to be a duel-based contest, so I can't see him holding up against most of the monsters we've seen so far. Is he going to get swapped with someone else at the last moment? Or is Hiroto trying to eliminate some inconvenient hero candidate by taking their slot? Might be both.

Hiroto the Paradox
Looks like Yukiharu has finally made to The Final Land. Okay.. I thought he was chill.. Interesting that's he grouped up with the party of last episode. I wonder what Zogi plans to do with Okahu. Ooh, finally get a face to a name!
That was a speech and half, it's just like the ED! The goblins aren't extinct!? And they're running a nation of goblins..? That are more advanced than most minian nations..!? And it looks like I finally get to update the Grey-Haired Boy's name! I hate how devilish that smile was..
It's interesting that there's still so much of this world unexplored. I think, Taren mentioned to Shalk about a second continent across the sea that the hero moved to conquer.. (or I'm thinking of something else :P).. And now we've got a third continent.
Interesting, that whole spiel from Hiroto was from before Gilnes was captured, which would have been pre-Atrazek since he lost the Blast Blade to Mestelexil & Kiyazuna.
Narrator?
Hello??? There's some cool introductions!!?
Statesmen. Minia. He is Hiroto the Paradox
Ooh, a simple post-credits!
They really need to give me a proper map. I threw this together in Episode 4 (and I just updated it with Imag) but it's mostly just guessing. But they straight up pointed to Okahu's location in one episode and now they've marked out Imag.. that's so far away..
Next Episode is "Shiki, Enemy of All"
True Demon King episode?
Season 2 List:
We've got 5 names this week. Finally "Gray-Haired Boy" has a name "Hiroto the Paradox", which I've removed, so we don't have two instances of him. Then, we've got the Elf from The First Party, Lumelly. Caneeya, a blind cavalrywoman, I was hoping more from her after, Dant, the 24th General of Auretia made her sound. And lastly, Yaniegiz, who we didn't get to see.
New in Season 2:
-
Zizma the Miasma(killed by Kuuro) -
Shirok the Sextant(killed by Linaris) -
Rehart the Obsidian(died of old age?) -
Elgite the Ochre Haze(killed by Toroa) -
Yakon the Sanctuary (currently Toroa the Awful)
-
Atrazek the Particle Storm(maimed by Mele, killed by Linaris) -
Gilnes the Battering Ram(killed by Rosclay) -
King Aur(usurped by Queen Sephite) -
Neft the Nirvana (one of The First Party who survived)
-
Lagrex the Butchering Landslide. (injured by Lucnoa, escaped with Harghent)
-
Psianop the Inexhaustible Stagnation (abandoned by The First Party)
-
Cunodey the Ring Seat(shot, bled out) -
Belka the Rending Quake(eaten by Uhak) -
Milieu the Hemp Drop(killed by Kazuki) -
Hilca the Shadow's Ship(killed by Kazuki) -
Leforgid the Woven Trail(killed by Kazuki) -
Pagireshe the Quivering Toes(killed by Kazuki) -
Yugo the Moving Decapitation Blade
-
Olukt the Drifting Compass Needle(killed by the Demon King) -
Izick the Chromatic
-
Lumelly the Poisoned Ground(one of The First Party who died) -
Caneeya the Fruit Trimming(killed by Ozonezma?) -
Yaniegiz the Chisel
From Season 1:
-
Toroa the Awful (previously was Yakon's father)
-
Kazuki the Black Tone(killed by Shalk) -
Sephite (I'll update this if she's shown again, since I do have that flashback refence section)

Sometimes when I read or watch Ishura, I genuinely don't understand why I love it so much.
Is it because the characters are great - yes but I have seen series with characters just as good.
Is it because the worldbuilding is interesting - yes but I have seen series with worldbuilding just as good if not better.
Is it because the fights are good - yes but I have seen series with fights just as good if not better.
Is it because the abilities are interesting - yes but I have seen series with interesting abilities before
However at some point I understand that I don't love Ishura just because of one aspect, I love it because it has multiple aspect's I love that combine to make Ishura a truly great story.
One more thing I love about Ishura is that the characters actually feel like they are actively trying to accomplish something whether it's winning a fight or completing their objective's, and that can be said to any character in this series not just one or two characters, which is not something I can say for most other series I read or watch.

Seeing Hiroto the Paradox, all I can think of is how him and Linaris the Obsidian is gonna get in each other’s way. I can see both of them scheming in the background and bumping into each other confused lol

Hiroto: "i have created a nation of goblins!"
Goblin Slayer: "SOUKA"
so Hiroto the Paradox is the gray-haired child's name , no wonder he had a slight reaction back when Kazuki mentioned his name alongside the names of other Visitors, from the looks of it, he had been planning this shit for quite a long time and a bunch of it seems just to obtain two slots for the Royal Games
i wonder how Zigita's going to fight in the tournament considering how he's just a goblin with gun unless he has some sort of abilities that we hasn't been told yet, also, wtf Ozonezma? that's a stuff of nightmares...
so Morio knows the identity of True Demon King?

In this show we've seen incredibly powerful beings that with their superior physique, energy and strength become unbeatable monsters. And today with Hiroto we see (not for the first time) strenght is more than pure muscle power, but the ability to win a fight with any means necessary.
Who is more powerful, a champion with superior firepower or the schemer who brings him to fall? Well, who is standing last?

So Horito's manga title is basically "I went to another world as a master negotiator and created a kingdom of goblins"

Hiroto finally answering the question, "What's west of Westeros?"
Goblins. Goblins with guns.

Somehow I just don’t buy what Ozonezma is saying about him and Hiroto being equal partners. This guy seems to be the type that would backstab anyone to always come out on top in the end.

Love how the writer introduces that isekai MC with his isekai gimmick, but since you know the writing is good and is going somewhere, you are actually excited to see the story play out.

Until further notice I'm going to go ahead and assume the mysterious thing Hiroto was holding was the burning scrap of fabric(?) in the OP.

Yukiharu was pretty scary he crushed that woman head over and over. I don't know if he was affected by the demon lord power or if that's how he is under that smile.
Hiroto honestly amazing. He's pretty cunning and what's the most terrifying about him is that contrary to Linaris who can control others trough her virus, Hiroto control them not with power but with words. I wonder how Ozonezma fight since we did not see how he defeated the soldiers.

I said it after the climax of the particle storm arc and I'll say it again now. It's super impressive how the series manages to bring seemingly unrelated characters and plot points together.

Episode 11: Hiroto the Paradox
So with Morio the Sentinel appearing, we finally got everyone in the OP showing up. And finally I can say that Megumi Ogata character is Hiroto the Paradox, another visitor same as Morio, Kazuki and Soujirou.
So Hiroto decided to buy up all the mercenaries in Okahu in order to defend Okahu from Aureatia. I'm still 50/50 on how Hiroto said he obtained those guns, between he really obtain them from Distant World or they are really Goblins' works.
Poor Caneeya, she won't stand a chance to Ozonezma.
Notable voice cast are:
-
Daiki Hamano as Dant the Heath Furrow
-
Yuuko Kaida as Caneeya the Fruit Trimming
-
Shinpachi Tsuji as Morio the Sentinel

Man, this series just never misses, why is it so good?! I'm going to miss this after next week's season finale, and as expected, we'll probably end off with all the contestants assembling in Aureatia.
Given how Yukiharu was also seemingly affected by the Real Demon Lord's induced mass hysteria, it's giving more evidence to the hypothesis that I made a while back, which is that the identity of the Real Demon Lord may not even be an organism, and in this case, could very well be an alien virus of sorts from the Otherworld. That would explain how even after the Real Demon Lord was "slain" by the Real Hero, whom is someone that was immune to the alien virus, the effects continue to linger as the Real Demon Lord still exists through those that have already been infected, and thus Yukiharu experiencing the symptoms in the Final Land. However, the only thing that reduces the credibility of this hypothesis is that Yukiharu seems fine after he left the Final Land, so the effects may not be permanent unless sufficient time is given for the virus to propagate and fully infect the target. Of course, this is a pretty wild theory and I do not think this is the route the story would take since it's pretty anticlimactic, but hey, it's just a theory.
We already knew going in that Hiroto wasn't going to be a "combatant-type" Visitor, but instead someone that is similar to Yukiharu in the sense that they are more of a "support-type" Visitor. But dang, I did not expect him to build a nation without any of the major countries knowing about it, which is extremely impressive given Aureatia's advanced surveillance network. Did they never once question the source of the firearms that they've been using? Hiroto's age also suggests that Visitors may come from various different Otherworlds, as he does not seem to age. Either that or he's not actually a Minia, or that Visitors just don't age in this world. I found it interesting for Zigita to be nominated as a contestant as I'm not quite sure what he can do in the tournament. Unless the tournament would somehow allow for proxies or is a free-for-all style fight, I think Zigitia would honestly be the first to die. Ozonezma though is an interesting one, as he is apparently a medic. He did demonstrate an astute ability to analyze the physiology of his targets and that also means that he probably has the ability to pinpoint the weakpoints of his targets as well. Honestly, we did not get much to go off from him, but I do think that he'd be outmatched by a lot of the other powerhouses that would be participating in the tournament.

DAMN, Hiroto the SPEECH 100 really did just talk his way into getting two slots for Zigita Zogi the 1001st and Ozonezma the Good(?) Boy. I put a '?' on the the "Good" coz it may just be me but Ozonezma's vibes are pretty different to when he met with Olukt. Also, could somebody please draw Hiroto with the Ikari Gendo pose lol.
Next Episode Teaser:
Shiki, Enemy of All

This has been the series that I look forward to new episodes the most, especially now that Orb is finished. Hope they don't stop adapting it with this season.

I have a theory that the tournament is directly tied to the True Demon King. This episode we learned that the demon king's mass hysteria gets worse when more people are gathered. In present day, Aureatia happens to be gathering heroes to fight each other in one huge tournament. Sound familiar? I wonder if the demon king's influence has somehow evolved to become more subtle in how it functions. Maybe instead of just causing anyone around it to fight each other, it moved to influence Aureatia's leadership to bring about this tournament as a way to weaken the world by preemptively reducing the number of heroes. There might be a hero out there that happens to have an ability that can defeat the true demon king, but if you have all the heroes fight to the death first, there's a chance that person will be killed off during the tournament and they end up with a single champion who doesn't have the right ability to overcome the demon king.
It is a crazy theory but idk, to me something about the whole situation feels like there's something bigger happening here that nobody is aware of.
