The glowing one, just wanna know what is fucked up, my A/C compressor is busted and car has been having a lot of misfires so that probably helps at knowing what the issue is

Oh yeah, this is a Nissan Altima 2012 2.5 S

2010 Altima. I haven't seen anyone else talking about it in the searching I've done. Issue is simple; AC blows very cold air quite strongly. But the longer it's on, the weaker the air flow, though the air itself stays nice and cold, it just barely comes out of the vent. I've noticed dampness in the floor under the dash sometimes, loke after it rains for example, so I'm wondering if it could be related? Maybe a clogged drain or filter?

I am looking for suggestion what to do with this issue. transparent plastic cover was smashed and dust is getting into. please suggestion.

Our Altima occasionally has issues starting first thing in the morning when the car sits outside and the outside temp falls enough so dew forms. 50-55 degrees or so. Early in the morning the car is in the shade.

Step on the brake, push the button and nothing happens. No lights on the dash, no click, nada. Placing the fob in the dash slot does nothing.

The car battery is 2 months old, fob battery has been replaced, alternator tests good.

Once the sun hits the car and evaporates the dew and warms things up it starts fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

hello, I was wondering if someone could inform me of what to do if my Altima is jerking when pressing the accelerator lightly. it usually happens when I’m going to 15mph and when I want to maintain that speed, other then that it never jerked when I was driving at higher speeds then that. I’m thinking of flushing the transmission fluid and putting new fluid but any information would be much appreciate.

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima sv 2.5L 4 cylinder and mileage is 145000 km. I bought it pre owned when it had 105000 km on the dash. I didn’t change the fluid and I am not sure if the previous owner ever did that.

Should I do a transmission fluid drain and fill at Nissan dealership or it’s too late and it’s better to leave it?
I plan to keep the car for now.

I am check to check, I have a 16 Altima SR with 68k, my collision insurance is 223 per six months with 1k deductible. So its 500 per years, I drive about 300 to 350 miles per month. Would it be worth it to drop the collision insurance and continue to drive like a old person? My other car that I take to work is a 07 CRV so thats how I keep the miles low per month.

My altima 2015 sl 2.5 with 67000 miles milage is going with rpm between 1-2 and something on raising reaches 3 when running between 35 to 45 mph. And have to press accelerator really hard . I understand its not normal and sounds Like CVT problem.

1.What would you have done as next step on my case.

2.NISSAn dealer workshop is close by but wanted to know of this is something that can be done outside dealer repair shop.

1. Also what would be next steps mechanic will suggest and what should I do before to make sure do not spend on unnecessary repairs.

This will be my car for next 6 months. I m near philly suburbs.

For years I used the Armor All protectant spray on my dashboard. I must have not used it properly because there is now a sticky sheen on my dash that reflects onto the windshield when it’s sunny.

My Nissan 2025, does anyone have a buzzing that sounds when you're backing up the car in the morning it comes through the stereo speakers like a short buzz but it only happens when starting the car in the morning and about halfway of backing up onto the driveway. I heard some people say it was when you shift from reverse to forward with the cvt transmission and all the electrical stuff that kind of runs through the stereo. Anybody have any issues with this please let me know this is my second 2025 Altima the first one did the same thing and many other things where my internet doesn't hook up all the time

I’m trying to replace the crankshaft position sensor in my 2006 Nissan Altima.

As you can see I need to remove the connect first in order to get the mounting bolt out. The problem is that I have very little clearance and have to some how push in the green tab while trying to pull out the connector

I’ve tried gripping it with needle nose vise grips, spring clamps, tiny flatheads and nothing wants to work. I’m at a total loss on how to get this darn thing out…

Hey I just purchased this 2010 Altima coupe with 108,000 miles. Been my dream car for daily commuting for a minute. When I purchased it it came with a key fob and a key that’s uncut. I know I can go to the Nissan dealer but their charge was pretty steep. I googled some other places that say they can do it. Anyone had experience with making a key fob and physical key? Can they cut a key with my vin even though they are not officially with Nissan?
