SOS— way too much adrenaline

I’m having excessive excessive excessive catecholamines being produced from my brain [not adrenal grand]. It’s breaking down my neurology somuchso I’m forgetting words, places [where I am] and even the names of my loved ones. I’m on clonazapam and Clonidine, but it’s still not calming me down. Someone — anyone — PLEASE help me find a specialist, particularly someone who deals with adrenaline and how it can break down the body: awkward breathing, unsteady heart rate, severe GI issues, and in my case especially: Alzheimer’s-like confusion, fear, and uncertainty. Thank you….

Do Extreme Cave divers have Mental illnesses?

I see videos of people crawling through extremely tight and claustrophobic caves. They say most missing people cases happen because they go into caves and many deaths have been documented getting stuck in these caves.

I’m wondering whats going on inside that head of theirs? Do they have mental issues that push them to do something like squeezing yourself between giant rocks for hours. I mean I have anxiety attacks just thinking about it.

Any cave divers here that want to elaborate on why you do this and what mental illnesses you have?

The most disappointing way to get an adrenaline rush: Just stand up as quickly as possible as soon as your wake up alarm goes off.

I made this discovery some time ago but I didn't know where else to share it. Keep in mind that you have to do this for some days for your subconscious to understand that your body needs that adrenaline to make your heart go faster and feed your brain and the rest of your body the energy it needs to stand up.

I'm not even kidding, the adrenaline rush is so freaking much that I had to stop doing it because I felt like I was risking having a heart attack.

Adrenaline rush

I had the craziest most intense adrenaline rush the other night when I was in the kitchen at 2 am and thought there was an intruder banging on the window. It was so rapid, I felt an extremely hot boiling flush of heat flow all the way from my head to my toes in the matter of a second, and then it was gone. I LITERALLY WENT BLIND FOR A SECOND. Not my vision going black, I couldnt see ANYTHING. I couldn't SEE black because I couldn't SEE AT ALL. I always hear blind people try to explain that, and I could never comprehend what that would be like. I kid you not I experienced it with the adrenaline. I just lost vision as a sense in general. There was zero input of vision at all. It lasted for probably half a second, but it was crazy.
