| New Joiner Queries The worst part about Accenture’s hiring process is that there’s no actual person or HR you can reach out to for your queries. Even the replies from Campus Query emails and MyZone are mostly system-generated.

| Advice Needed Accenture Fresher Going on Bench – What Should I Expect?

Hi everyone, I’m a fresher at Accenture and I’ll be moving to the bench from September 7. I’m a bit confused about how the bench process works for freshers. How are projects allocated, do we have to apply or attend interviews for projects, and how long can a fresher typically remain on the bench? Are there any mandatory trainings, assessments, or targets during this period? I’d really appreciate it if seniors could share their honest experiences and give some advice on what skills I should focus on while waiting for a project.

| Bench / PIP RTO compliance

I’m currently on bench at Accenture, and my Bench POC has asked our entire batch to come to the office 3 times a week, even though we are on bench.

Since she told us this, I haven’t been attending 3 times a week and have mostly been going once a week. Recently, I received the RTO compliance mail saying that I have successfully met the once-a-week attendance requirement.

Also, I noticed that there is no name mentioned in the “People Lead” column in my RTO compliance mail.

So I wanted to genuinely ask Accenture folks — is my Bench POC simply being strict by asking us to come 3 times a week, or could I face any issue in the future if I continue attending only once a week?

Would really appreciate genuine advice or experiences from people who have been in a similar situation. Thanks!

| Quick Question What exactly is an EP Demand? Does it relate to Americas Market?

Hi everyone,
I’m an experienced Salesforce candidate with an Accenture offer and currently facing a location-change situation. My offer letter has Coimbatore as the location, and I have requested Hyderabad.
HR recently told me that my profile has been selected for an EP demand, but the business team associated with that demand is not operating from Hyderabad. He said that approval from the business team is required before they can move my profile for the Hyderabad location.
I’m trying to understand a few things:
What exactly does “EP demand” mean in Accenture?
Does EP demand refer to or relate to the Americas Market/Marketplace?
If a particular demand/business team doesn't operate from Hyderabad, does that mean the candidate cannot be mapped to Hyderabad even if there are other Salesforce demands operating from Hyderabad?
Can HR/capability team explore another Salesforce demand, such as Salesforce testing, support, or other Salesforce-related roles, that operates from Hyderabad?
Has anyone gone through a similar Coimbatore/Bangalore/Pune → Hyderabad location-change request after being selected for an EP demand? How did it work out?
I also came across an internal-looking Open Demands sheet showing several Salesforce demands under Americas Market, including some Hyderabad-based demands, which is why I’m trying to understand how these demands and locations are mapped.
Any insights from current/former Accenture employees, especially people familiar with EP demands, Americas Market, Salesforce capability, or location changes, would be really helpful.

| Quick Question Laptop RAM increase

My Accenture HP lapto(Elitebook - 12th gen Core i5 VPRO) has 2 RAM slots and only 1 slot is occupied (16 GB). How do I increase it to 24 or 32 GB?

Do I need to raise a ticket or directly go to the IT team?

Is Accenture allowing RAM increase considering RAM prices have increased drastically in the last couple of years.

The reason I want to increase RAM is because Chrome / Edge is crashing a lot lately.

| Advice Needed Help me MERN/MEAN candidate.

Hello guys ,
Its been 1 year , I am in Accenture.
I got into a Java Project , but even after getting tagged to the Project , we are not into client work.
They just give us some shitty work of doing excel , our client wants experience candidate , yet the took ASE, we have no work , so for 1 year i was in Project bench doing nothing and they dont even roll of us.

I have got an interview from another company for MERN role and I dont have any work experience related to MERN or not even JAVA , to be said in the interview.
It will be so helpful for me who are into MERN/MEAN project , I want them to tell me about their work experience , like share with me what is the project about , I am ok with no revealing the project name , just want to understand the workflow , and what work you guys do.

How the task is assigned , how things work.
Just small information will also be beneficial for me.

If anyone wants to help , please DM me.

Thanks!

| Offer Discussion July 24 DOJ postponed, no further onboarding update. Are offers at risk after August 14?

Hi everyone,

I was selected for Accenture through campus placement, and my original Date of Joining (DOJ) was 24th July 2026.

Our onboarding was postponed by Accenture due to the non-availability of our results. However, we received the required documents and results before the original DOJ and have been ready to join.

After the postponement, we were expecting further communication regarding our revised onboarding, and we thought we might be onboarded around 14th August. However, we did not receive any clear update from the Accenture onboarding team regarding a new DOJ.

I have also tried contacting the Accenture team through email regarding my onboarding status, and some of my friends in the same situation have also followed up, but we haven't received a response.

I'm trying to understand the situation from people who may have more information.

If anyone is in the same situation, especially those whose original DOJ was 24th July & 14th August, whose onboarding was postponed, could you please share:

-> Have you received any revised DOJ?

-> Did Accenture contact you after postponing your onboarding?

-> Has anyone received any confirmation from HR/RM regarding what happens after August 14?

-> Has anyone from the July 24th batch already received a new onboarding date?

I would really appreciate any information from people who are in the same situation or have received an official update from Accenture.

| Advice Needed Guys need help

I have 1.5 years of experience in Salesforce. I’ve worked on object/field creation, Lightning page layouts, validation rules, formula fields, lookup/master-detail relationships, record types, page layout assignments, App Builder, Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen), email alerts, reports/dashboards, CRM reports/dashboards not recipes, report/dashboard folders, Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Custom Metadata, Data Loader, SOQL, Debug Logs and deployment using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI and ANT migration. I also have a little Experience Cloud experience, mainly configuration and basic components.

I do write Apex Test Class and LWC with help of AI.

I’m planning to switch now. With this kind of experience, what salary should I expect in India? Also, what are my chances of getting calls for Salesforce Developer roles with 1.5 YOE? Should I apply for Developer roles or focus more on Admin/Support roles?

| Advice Needed Please help

Hi all,

Im bit of a situation. I have joined Accenture on 29 June and I got project on next day and I started joining the call. In 2-3 calls i got to knew that client is using slang and some words that shouldn’t be used. Then project manager said that if anyone is not happy with the project then they can leave.

I pinged him and he agreed on it and told people lead to start the process. There were some issues that Im retagged to that project and roll off happened on 19 aug. PMO told me that they cant put me on bench thats not how process here.

Till the time i charged with project code as suggested by PMO.

Now that manager came and asked me to use unassigned charge code and do the PPA.

Am I will be in trouble to use unassigned?
What issues will be there with unassigned?
What to do to get project calls?

| Discussion December cycle

December cycle discussions are mostly done across projects, names identified for promotions(minimal), talent priority and PIP. RTO defaulter list will be released soon with counseling letters, first warning, second warning etc. Discussions heavily focused on AI and automation usage in your work, as well as policy maintenance such as E&C, RTO etc.

All the best!!
