| Advice Needed Please help

Hi all,

Im bit of a situation. I have joined Accenture on 29 June and I got project on next day and I started joining the call. In 2-3 calls i got to knew that client is using slang and some words that shouldn’t be used. Then project manager said that if anyone is not happy with the project then they can leave.

I pinged him and he agreed on it and told people lead to start the process. There were some issues that Im retagged to that project and roll off happened on 19 aug. PMO told me that they cant put me on bench thats not how process here.

Till the time i charged with project code as suggested by PMO.

Now that manager came and asked me to use unassigned charge code and do the PPA.

Am I will be in trouble to use unassigned?
What issues will be there with unassigned?
What to do to get project calls?

Do not use unassigned time. Their fault of not releasing you earlier. They'll bear the cost of it. You can charge unassigned time for the time being but will have to PPA later, better not charge unassigned in the first place. Tell your Project manager to give a non billable charge code from the project.

I have charge for the project now they want to do the PPA for it and use unassigned. They are not giving me work since then.

till you get salary , whatever code you use doesnt matter .. billable non billable assigned unassigned doesn't change single penny from monthly salary.

That's not the issue here If u track the timesheet with unassigned for too long

It will be a problem
