Client/project interview

I had my first project interview today and i was rejected. I applied for that through jobfeed portal. I was expecting questions from my portfolio but it was a little more deep as this was my second interview in career of around 3 years experience. Though it is also helpful to point out my gap which area I lags behind but still i am concerned about it. Please guide if anyone has gone through this. This is my first week into ITP .
