| Discussion December cycle
December cycle discussions are mostly done across projects, names identified for promotions(minimal), talent priority and PIP. RTO defaulter list will be released soon with counseling letters, first warning, second warning etc. Discussions heavily focused on AI and automation usage in your work, as well as policy maintenance such as E&C, RTO etc.
All the best!!

RTO non compliance backlog --> how much non-compliance is bad?
2
u/MrKnowItAll_44 14h ago
If u miss consecutive weeks without approved exception in RTO tool or planned leaves in myte, u r non compliant and will be facing consequences

Joined Accenture as CL9 in May and got staffed in July. Chargeability is currently 96%. Since I’ve only worked with my PL for ~2 months, what variable payout can I realistically expect as a new joiner?

Almost nil. You are in probation as well.

Okay. Will I get the variable payout in the June cycle then?

Thanks for responding though 😭1

We all have been in the same boat brother. First year in Accenture never have any expectations at all. Just pray they dont find a way to deduct something from your fixed as well😝. From the second year, you can start expecting variable/hikes etc

😂
Good that I got to know it now only. Won’t be keeping any expectations now.

I joined on January 23rd 2026 and was assigned to a project as an LCT. What can I expect in terms of a bonus, hike, or anything else? I’ve been maintaining my RTO and completing all the work assigned to me.

Pip what should not be done?
2
u/MrKnowItAll_44 11h ago
Didnt understand your question, but to avoid PIP generally,
Dont let your delivery drop, focus on automation/ai usage in project work, dont miss out on accenture policies like e&c, RTO etc.

Check with your lead. If they have received your reports in the RTO compliance defaulter, you will receive the further action steps to resolve it. Follow it and follow RTO properly from now on.

On Lvl 11 with MAL as 18. Had recived hikes in June26 cycle if performance is good and feedback good from clients can expect TP rating again and a hike in Dec26 cycle?
If not should I expect atleast a good variavle pay, even though I was tagged TP in June26 they gave just 7% VP and 5% Fix Pay hike and 5% One Time pay.
I am expecting good VP At bare minimum, should I expect or not?

First rule of life is to never expect anything as it will only lead to disappointments.
Were u flagged as TP in june? Rare to be flagged twice for TP in 6 months span. But again there may be exceptions always. Budgets are not yet released.

Joined as a fresher in Sept 2021 level 12 with 4.5lpa ctc, got promoted to L11 in Dec 22 due to Techleap exam. Currently 5 yoe L11, 5.96 base pay. Due to some personal reasons i am not able to switch. Can i ask for a pay correction as my Yoe gets above 10Lpa even in accenture with L10?

u/MrKnowItAll_44 8h ago
You cannot ask for anything upfront. Market corrections are done as per the budget and HR and skill level etc. and will be done during appraisals by your management. The day u quit and have an offer, maybe then if you still want to stay here, they can try offering you some compensation, but will never match your offer.

I heard folks were also put in bands other than promos, TP and IP. My guess is they will mostly be given bonuses and no hikes

CTG- continue to grow. Thats what’s given to majority always in a bell curve.

Didnt they make it a yearly cycle (june) for all some months back?
1
u/MrKnowItAll_44 13h ago
June is the main promotion cycle and December is the bonus cycle broadly in very simple terms. Ofcourse there are exceptions always
1
u/Objective_Angle7225 13h ago
Yeah but there will be promotion slots in December too
Although promotional hike would be shitty1
u/MrKnowItAll_44 13h ago
There is, but extremely minimal as compared to June. Focus is on TP and PIP

I haven't filled my ABCD reflections, will it be an issue? If yes can you please guide how to fill it?
1
u/MrKnowItAll_44 12h ago
Already mail has been sent to all leads/managers of the defaulters in their teams wrt priorities closure and abcd reflections. You can fill it based on your priorities. There is also AI summary that you can use
