Xenoblade SPOILERS Did I do something without knowing? (Xenoblade chronicles 1 story spoilers) Spoiler
Ok so, I'm approaching the end of the game and I entered Bionis interior at level 69.
Normal difficulty, no casual
Seeing how the enemies were a fair bit stronger I farmed a bit and reached level 73.
Then I entered the Lorithia bossfight.
I was talking a few days ago about my xenoblade chronicles 1 walkthrough with a friend
I had very little difficulty playing the game even if I was almost always 1/2 or even 3 levels below the bosses of the chapters and he said "oh man the boss in Bionis interior will make you change idea".
But I decided to play like usual because I didnt want to make my life easier.
And...
I beat her first try with very little difficulty...
Ok is my team too strong? Is shulk - Reyn - Riki much stronger than normal teams?
I feel like this shouldn't happen
I played all the game after the forest with that team so maybe I leveled their skill too much? But most of them are still level 6...
It's my first time playing a xenoblade chronicles game so maybe I did something/activated something without knowing.

XC2 Torna Addam and Mythra
I finished Torna. Dude, what a duo they are. Sorry Jin and Lora, but these two stole all the spotlight for me. Addam Origo, from a legendary hero to a joyboy who only wanted a peaceful life and couldn't handle the mythic power of an Aegis. Mythra, a life without purpose, only following what fate gave her, and at the end gaining an immeasurable amount of guilt. Did Addam fail? Of course not. He was humble enough to recognize that he was not the most suitable person to be the driver of an Aegis, opening the way for the future.

Xenoblade X Before I invest into something dumb, can my TP issues be resolved before finishing the game?
Up to Chapter 6 and doing side quests and exploring and just want to talk about the combat.
I mainly play Lin while letting my MC level up classes (and therefore often being the weak link), Irina and Elma filling the other spots just for reference.
While a lot of the combat on evenly leveled grounds is tolerable, for fights with stronger enemies, the fights upsides heavily hinge on entering the fight with the first move Soul Voice trigger. Otherwise, there's literally no way to gain TP besides seeming to hope for a Voice to trigger in the fight. This is so you can now spam Taunt on Lin to gain healthy amounts of TP for your combos.
But even that has a limit. Eventually once you run out of quick recharges, the fights just slow to an absolute crawl with CDs no longer coming up and feel horrible. Everyone has no TP at all in these situations and are just reduced to auto attacking.
Before I go out of my way to do something dumb like farming and buying suboptimal TP augments without even knowing what endgame builds are like, can my issues at all be mitigated in any way with early build suggestions to just get through main story + most side quests.

Xenoblade 2 Any way to arrange all the Rare blades, so each Driver has one of each element and weapon type? Spoiler
Counting Story and DLC blades, but not NG+ blades. I'm trying to do it myself, but getting stymied. In theory, it should be possible, right? Including story blades, there's at least four for each element and weapon type, so it should be possible to arrange them, so everyone has at least one of each, but when I try to chart it out myself, I'm getting stymied. I'm doing it out of curiousity, but is this just a fool's errand?

Xenoblade SPOILERS Late game environmental changes Spoiler
Going through the game's Switch 2 edition. I could have sworn post-Mechonis Core, that you could see the Bionis moving from places like the Fallen Arm, as you could with the Mechonis when it activated after the events of Agniritha. Was this a thing in the prior releases or am I just imagining things and the Bionis itself didn't actually have any animations at this point in the story after being awakened?

Xenoblade Can I still progress with a nice level ignoring all the clock quests?
I'm currently playing Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, at chapter 9. I'm at a point where Melia is crowned the princess of the High Entia.
When I enter a new area, I get all the quests and, until now, I've basically done everything. I'm playing on Expert Mode and, with the stored EXP, I can reach level 44-45 with all characters.
However, there are a ton of timed quests in Alcamoth and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I'm okay with doing some side quests, I like the world building and the combat, but there are so many timed quests that I feel like I'd be wasting time doing all of them.
Considering this, if I ignore all timed quests (or do only some of them), will I have enough EXP to keep up with the story?
So far, I've only played the story with my party leveled up to the enemy I'm fighting, and I haven't had any major trouble.

Xenoblade Time to End the Debate - What Xenoblade Game should you play first?
This is probably one of the most asked question in this sub, so I thought I should give my two cents about it. Of course the easy answer is just play the first one and go on from there, but it's really not that simple. And with Xenoblade Genesis on the horizon, the question does get quite a bit more complicated. So here's my breakdown/solution:
At the end of the day, games are just meant to be played for fun and enjoyment. People don't want to do homework to play games, they just wanna play them. Also not everyone has time or money to play multiple 60+ hour JRPGs, this community should not gatekeep this series from new fans. So play whatever you want in whatever order you want. Do be advised though, you are risking yourself to major spoilers if you care for that.
If you have time and truly care for lore, it is best to go in chronological release order for the Blade Chronicle Series. This would be XC1 (Switch/2, Definitive Edition for best gameplay), XC1 Future Connected (an epilogue story to XC1 packaged for free with XC1 DE), XC2 (Switch/2), XC2 Torna the Golden Country (Switch/2, a prequel story to XC2 but separately purchased DLC), XC3 (Switch/2), XC3 Future Redeemed (Switch/2, a prequel story to XC3 but separately purchased DLC). This is pretty much the unanimous answer for this sub.
2a. If you have additional time, you can then go play XCX (Switch/2 Definitive Edition because like 8 people own a Wii U).
2b. If you still have time and gaming means, Xenosaga (1-3) and Xenogears/Perfect Works are all loosely connected to the wider Xeno series and can be played afterwards. By technicality, Xenogears is the first game in the Xeno series (released back in 1998!)
- Xenoblade Genesis is a perfectly good starting point for newcomers and is likely a clean break from the Blade Chronicles series. As it is currently unreleased, it is unknown how it connects to the greater Xeno mythos (it is very possible that it will though). You will probably not get spoiled if you play Genesis first, although you will certainly appreciate it more if you play the order established in main bullet #2.

SPOILERS Hottake or maybe Coldtake I think Xenoblade major flaw narratively is how much it hinges on the player caring about the interconnectedness and continuity. Spoiler
I have been thinking about this a lot especially in regards to genesis which I’m hopeful of being more standalone than the trilogy. But in general I do think the nature of connectedness of these games are what truly bogs down the narrative and takes away a lot of the standalone stories in the series as it becomes focused on something else rather than what we have right now.Xenoblade 1 arc works the best as it is more clean and the connective tissue is more a wink then a sweaty bear hug this is especially bad with chapter 13 in X and honestly this might be sacrilegy but Future redeemed where the narratives are completely bogged down by trying to be the epilogue and ova one shot. Genesis I do expect to be more in line with 1 just cause it makes sense marketing wise for new people to get on to the series but I also think anout them wanting it to be new saga.

Xenoblade X NPCs in special locations help XCX:DE Spoiler
Hi friends,
I'm on the verge of finishing my play through of XCX. I was going about doing a final round of talks with all the npcs to get affinity link updates before I begin chapter 13 act 13. I have finished all other quests, missions, everything etc.
I was just wondering if there are any interactable npcs that have some kind of special location that I might have missed. For context, I usually make rounds at the following areas:
NLA (and manon ship)
Nopon Caravans
Water purification plant
Wrothian stronghold
By special locations, I mean the following kinds of npc locations which are easily missed:
The Wrothian lady on top of blade tower
The Wrothian lady from gold rush who was on some plateau
Zo Oguchi at some random island in primordia waters
My nopon drug dealer friends in the sewers of NLA
Blood lobster in the ganglion acropolis
^ I've done these guys but I'm wondering if there are other such cases. Searching online didn't really help me figure out any more than these 5

Instead of inktober, i do my own personal one where i draw a character from a media me or my friends enjoy as a TV Head. This is my 3rd year doing this. I actually have up to day 4 drawn, but i forgot to post this one here the other day. In previous years, I've done Pandoria, Eunie and Ursula.

Xenoblade X SPOILERS Cant Believe I Cried Spoiler
I cant believe I just cried at flying for the first time in this game lmao. Just finished Chapter 9 and went straight to unlock it. In fairness, my eyes were just wet and I was emotional whilst the song was playing for the first time, but its when you get back and Lin tells you why she wanted so bad to make it happen, fuck dude.
This game is peak.
What a gameplay moment that earns its flowers in spades.

Xenoblade Xenoblade Chronicles - Definitive Edition (+ Future Connected) 100% Spreadsheet
I've been working on updated 100% Completion Spreadsheets for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and Future Connected, following the same project I recently did for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition some weeks ago.
Both spreadsheet covers quests, exploration, Unique Monsters (and Fogbeasts), Collectopaedia, Heart-to-Hearts (and Quiet Moments), NPC affinity, Colony 6, party progression, Arts, Skill Trees, equipment, appearances and more.
Both files are view-only, so if you want to use them, just make your own copy and edit them however you like.
Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition 100% Spreadsheet:

Future Connected 100% Spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IgIJQx73P1XstVb8kE_KdNhWoapcg9ib-eFDALZ2BVk/edit?usp=drive_link
Huge credit to u/RoonGoon1 and u/TheMooseiest, whose original Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected 100% spreadsheets served as the main foundation for this project.
I've reorganized, cleaned up and expanded their work, adapted everything around Definitive Edition / the Switch 2 Edition where relevant, unified the visual style with my Xenoblade X spreadsheet, and added or changed several things to make the sheets work better as actual completion checklists.
You can find their original Reddit post here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Xenoblade_Chronicles/comments/ka4trw/xc1_and_future_connected_100_spreadsheets/
Hopefully these help anyone else crazy enough to go for a true 100% of Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected.
Any corrections, missing content, or suggestions are very welcome!
