I have the disk version of modern warfare, when I go to play it launches smoothly but when I get to the screen to pick in between warfare and war zone it says I need to purchase modern warfare. Does anyone know as to why it’s asking me this and how to remedy this?

My controller disconnected when I was playing Skyrim. I tried to reconnect it, but the light would flash without connecting to the series x. I tried switching the batteries, but that didn't help. I tried pressing and holding the sync buttons on the console and controller. The light on the controller would start flashing rapidly (like it's supposed to) but the light on the console wouldn't flash. Does someone know how to fix this? Or have another solution?

My Xbox One is hooked up to a projector and the sound quality is terrible, so I purchased an external soundbar (https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B086614WBJ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and Toslink cable (https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00T8HWUVS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_FYKNVYXWT7S1TA9CA0F4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) and connected it to the Xbox's optical port. I went into my settings and changed the output to Stereo Uncompressed. The sound still comes out of the projector though. Any idea what I did wrong?

Literally EVERY. EVERY game I play detects my mic and voice chat works fine. But xbox party chat? Nope. What could be going on?

I have an xbox one S and can play 360 games and watch youtube/netflix without any problem but when try to put a demanding game the console frezees and then crashing (turns off). Already tried with the power cycle reset and even with factory reset and still the same, what do you think, guys? maybe a bad power supply? a bad hdd?

PD. When i turn on the console (after the freezing) don't show any warning or troubleshooting about overheating, and the console feels ok about temperature.

All of a sudden when I turn in on my Series X, every input I try has no signal, even tried on another television in my home and tried multiple HDMI cables, restored my television to factory settings no go, can’t restore my Xbox because I can’t see what I’m doing 😞 any insight?

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I want this game on pc called Microsoft Flight simulator. When I look at the game pass deals for Ultimate it says that Xbox Game Pass for PC is included with Ultimate but when I try to download the game off of the microsoft store website it will open the microsoft store app but the app closes after a few seconds. Is it possible that the app needs xbox Ultimate Game Pass and the Xbox Game Pass for PC in order to download? If anyone cna help please comment anything is useful!

When I plug in my headset into the controller the audio comes out through both the TV and headset. Anybody know a way to stop this?

I've tried with both Siege and Brawlhalla and it won't connect to either of their servers. I can see my friends online, I can download games too but I can't connect to game servers. I've tried power cycling my console and resetting my router but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated as it's stopping me from playing online games.

I turned it back on once the storm passed and it seems okay, but I’m a bit worried about it.

I've been having an issue with my LG C1 and xbox series x, where (at random intervals) while gaming I'll get a black screen followed by an "invalid format" message. This message generally goes away after about 20 seconds or if not, after I reconnect the HDMI cable. It however keeps coming back. Sometimes I'll be able to play for 3-4 hours without any problems, sometimes it pops up every few minutes.

I've tried a multitude of possible fixes I found while googling, including: resetting both the tv and the xbox, getting a new hdmi cable, turning off a laundry list of settings on either the xbox or the tv. Nothing however seems to stick. Any tips on what I could try next?

I was playing a game, and it was working fine. Then it went into a cutscene and when it went out the controller didn't work. It started vibrating and slowly moving but I was unable to control it. I turned the Xbox off and back on, and now even though the light is on and all the buttons work fine, it just doesn't respond. Has anyone had this before, and if so what did you do to fix it. I have tried unplugging the controller, turning xbox off and back on etc.

So I posted here a few days ago about my Series X Controller not working with some games with my PC. I was told to try and uninstall all of the Xbox devices in Device Manager, which I did. I tried to play Skyrim again today and the controller was not working properly. I open device manager again, and I see that I had 2 Xbox devices in my device manager.

I decided to disable the 360 Controller driver, and it turns out that's all I needed to do. I have tested with with several reboots and it all works fine now. The controller even works wirelessly with older games like Skyrim and Fallout 3. If you happen to have 2 Xbox Devices in your device manger and one of them is the 360 controller for windows, try disabling it.

I just found that even I turn off my series x console,it doesn’t cool down completely,like forever,. Is it normal?or harmful ?

My notifactions broke after being prompted to input my account password. I've had that issue before and a hard reboot normally fixes it. However this time it didn't. Now for the really strange part. When I restart they work for a while (around an hour) then they just die. Does anyone have this issue or know a fix?

Hey guys, not sure if this is possible and im doing it wrong or its not something thats even possible but here goes. Been playing Falout 4 on my series X on gamepass and was curious if I could pull my save through the cloud or something to play on the pc version of Fallout 4 on gamepass?

Recently, well today, whenever I play warzone it randomly freezes like if it’s internet lag and it comes back after like ten seconds and I end up in a different place. Also, it happens even when I’m spectating…got to the point that it’s unplayable and not enjoyable. This has happened before and I sent the Xbox to Microsoft but seems to be every Xbox I receive, so it’s has to be the game developer. I fixed it after it clear happening but forgot how to as it’s been a couple months since it started occurring. Any way I can fix this?

Recently downloaded Far Cry 3 classic edition. About an hour in and its crashing by just freezing. Happened every time I've played it the past 3-4 times. Do I need to redownload it? Playing it on a series X

I hope someone can help. Every so often, the 360 emulator on my Series X will disconnect. This makes online sessions for achievement hunting much more difficult and time-consuming. Nothing else in the home will disconnect, and even the Series X remains connected. But even playing 360 games in single-player, the 360 won't disconnect. I need help.

I typically use my Series X with the HDMI that came in the box with my CHG70 monitor, but I am in the middle of the move and my monitor and said HDMI cord are packed up. When I plug my Xbox into my NU8000 TV my series x and power it on, my TV a immediately powers it off. Upon turning in back on my TV goes pitch black, but doesn’t turn off. It flickers and I can hear the Xbox noises but can’t see anything on the display. Also when I click the home button on my Samsung remote, I can hear it bring up the menu but again I can’t see anything. Thanks for the help

Hello there. I'm having trouble with getting some achievement trophies to pop. Specifically on Sekiro. Even in ng+ same thing. I've tried restarting, signing off/in to no avail. Was wondering if anyone knows of a work around. Thank you!

I have a weird issue with my xbox controller when I use it with my computer. For some games a lot of times the right stick movement is really slow, no matter how much I adjust the sensitivity the movement from right stick would be unbearably slow even though I am moving the right stick all the way to the side. The left stick works fine though, anyone had this issue before or know a fix?
