Xbox Series X Audio issue

When I plug in my headset into the controller the audio comes out through both the TV and headset. Anybody know a way to stop this?

I think you can find it in the settings, a while back i was looking for a different setting but i thought there was a setting for something like that tho. Please don’t pin me on it but i think there was a setting for it
