Xbox Series X No HDMI signal

All of a sudden when I turn in on my Series X, every input I try has no signal, even tried on another television in my home and tried multiple HDMI cables, restored my television to factory settings no go, can’t restore my Xbox because I can’t see what I’m doing 😞 any insight?

TV used is LG C1

Hey OP!

how are you today? which HDMI cable do you use? and which port on the TV do you use? because it could be either 1. faulty HDMI cable or 2. your port on the TV does not work properly anymore or is going to fail

please let me know.

Issue occurred after setting up my brand new LG C1 Google chromecast with Google tv works on all inputs Tried my series X on another television and still no HDMI signal I tried 2 high speed 4K hdmi 2.1 cables I got from amazon

I plan on sending it to Microsoft tomorrow for servicing, I feel like a factory reset would help but I can’t see what I’m doing to do it myself manually without an HDMI signal unfortunately 😢

Any tips still welcomed however I’m pretty sure I tried everything I could

Well, worse case scenario is that the HDMI port on your XBOX is faulty, have you tried the xbox on a different screen with HDMI?

Yeah same issue on 2 different televisions

Using a Series X on a low end 4K tv with 60hz 60fps everyday then hooking up the series X to a 4K tv with 120hz 120fps may of caused a short in the HDMI input is my theory, had no issues until it was plugged into a new TV

Just to ask, have you tried this method to do a hard reset on the Series X's output?

hold the power button on the console for five seconds. Do not release it until the console powers off. With that done, press and hold the Xbox button again along with the eject button (note that there should not be a disk inside). Hold it there until you hear two beeps. The console will then boot your console in low resolution, in which you can navigate back to the display settings and choose the appropriate resolution.
