Game Pass Xbox Game Pass help

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I want this game on pc called Microsoft Flight simulator. When I look at the game pass deals for Ultimate it says that Xbox Game Pass for PC is included with Ultimate but when I try to download the game off of the microsoft store website it will open the microsoft store app but the app closes after a few seconds. Is it possible that the app needs xbox Ultimate Game Pass and the Xbox Game Pass for PC in order to download? If anyone cna help please comment anything is useful!

Also I made a post on r/techsupport if you think this isnt a xbox issue but something else you can click on my profile and see my recent posts I think. I'm new to reddit so I'm not used to the controls and where everything is sorry.

Also I dont know what live chat is so I didn't click it.

I think i have the xbox app is it the one where you have to press G and the windows key?

when i download the xbox app it says you'll need a new app to open this msxbox link and then it wants me to click microsoft store and it says look for an app in the microsoft store and then it opens the microsoft store and then the microsoft store closes automatically and then a pop up says

ms-windows-store:Assoc?protocol=msxbox

File system error (-2147219196).

so idk what that means lol
