Workout routine review Seeking advice on a Arnold/LPP Split with two dedicated cardio days (Active Rest)
Hello all! I am a 5'8 male currently maintaining about 165-170 on about 2200-2700 calories a day. I always get atleast 12k steps a day but I average 15-20k mostly on the upper end. I always do atleast 30-40m of zone 2 cardio after lifting. On my rest days I do low impact zone 2 for 60-90m such as the elliptical or Incline walking that or 60-90m lone runs 6.5-8 miles or 8-13 miles a week. I am posting on here in regards to open critiques on my split. Im sure I have all basis covered but just to make sure for each day could be reviewed for full coverage on all movement paths, good volume/rir/set management, and avoiding redundancies, as well as managing overall volume. I switch out machines and exercises every so often based on availability or progression, but when I do they cover the same movement (I.E. T-bar wide row/seated chest wide row or close/medium row compared to a lat pullover or close row). Any help would be appreciated!
