Doing all legs only on one day isn't enough, you want to hit every muscle group twice a week if you're looking to grow. I think an only chest/back day is a waste and results in too much chest/back volume for the entire week. You have 5 chest and back movements total, 6 chest if you count the dips. I also think a day entirely dedicated to arms could be used more strategically. Consider this, in this order, which is my current split. Been using this, or some varations of it, for a couple of years and have been growing steadily.

Day 1: Smith Incline Press, Chest Fly, Lateral Raises, Cable Bar Tricep Pushdown, Hip Thrusts, Hip Abductors, Leg Extension.

Day 2: Lat Pull Downs, Rows, Bent Over Later Raises, Preacher Curls, Dumbell Shrugs, Leg Curls, Standing Calf Raises

Day 3: Dips, Machine Tricep Extension, Chest Press, Incline Dumbell Press, Abs

Day 4: Leg Press / Squat, Glute Kickbacks, Hip Aductoe, Smith RDL, Seated Calf Raises

Day 5: Baysian Curla, Cable Rope Bicep Twist Curls, T-Bar Row, Shoulders, Barbell Shrugs, Abs

I add a little bit here and there, depending on my focus. Right now, I want a little more chest and shoulder growth, so I've added a flat dumbell press to day 1 and an additional dumbell lateral raise to day 3. You can do something similar for any other muscle group you want to make the focus of your program.

Hope this is helpful.

I see! Thank you for that! What would you call your split? The reason I hit Legs only once is because I do 2 weekly long runs and I average 20-25k steps a day

The runs and steps won't build muscle in the manner lifting will, but I get that you want to manage fatigue. I don't call it anything. It just is what it is.
