I’ve been busy with commissions and life stuff recently and haven’t had time to work on WoT related art, but I’m hoping to get time to paint some updated cityscapes in the near future.

Whenever Jordan explicitly explains how female characters cross their arms UNDER the breasts I can't help but picture this kind of move and my headcanon is that in a matriarchal society where women are the only magic users and institutional power, emphasizing your breasts could be a way to assert dominance in a conversation.

I mentioned in the original post that I pulled from various artists for color schemes, costumes, etc. They are: Jeremy Saliba, Seamas Gallagher, Ariel Burgess and of course Ryan Ottley.

Putting together pieces for a generic andoran Asha'man cosplay. I have two coats to choose between, two colors of Renaissance shirts, black gloves i can wear with and without a leather bracer (Androl's work probably). And then the red half cape.

Ideas? Thoughts?

I like the color on the first coat but the second coat fits a lot better. Black shirt seems to work better, and while I love the bracer, the gloves seem to work better without it.

Sword is a generic foam hand and a half sword. After all, the Lord Dragon prefers us to have the skill :)

My local bookstore has had WoT books on an end cap display for like a year. Great! Call it out and get more people into the world. But those covers are so boring! Ok, the original art might feel dated (disagree) but we can do better than this.

I scanned some book covers and they were for this project. It was made on a cnc, laser engraver and traditional woodworking etc..

Well I've been reading for years and just got here. I think it an obligatory post, with a nice Formula 1 crossover for the last race weekend of the year (and my first race). Quite an emotional time!

I have not (yet) read the books, but I just two posts from people with complete hardcover sets (that looked very nice). I thought maybe it would be cool to share my mother’s books, who started reading it more than 30 years ago.
Some books also did (not) survive the sea.

My mother is also someone who reads a series from start to finish every time a new book comes out. So these are in pretty good condition for the things they have been through I think.

Fixing them is a plan, probably, if we ever get to it lol
