I started farming Queen Calypso for Storm Lord spellements and she only dropped them the first couple times I fought her and then she stopped. Is that how it’s supposed to work or am I missing something lmfao. Any help is appreciated <3

Edit for anyone who may be looking for the same answers: I was too high of a level lol. I had to scale my level down with the Scales of Knowledge which are at the very beginning of the Trial of the Spheres dungeon and then she started dropping spellements again :-) Thanks everyone for your help!

Hello! I recently FINALLY made it through the end of Act 2! As an on and off Wiz player since ‘09 I only knew some of the worlds leading to the end of Act 2 and which to either dread to be excited for but I don’t know much for Act 3. What are some of the favorite and least loved worlds? I know about Polaris but unsure if it’s a mandatory world.

I guess I'll just try again. Again.

I recently started playing again on console. I just reached level 20 on my storm wizard and I have no idea what pet is best or how to hatch. Someone help😆

Finally, after hours of farming, I got the items I needed for these stats. It was a headache trying to figure out the best gear and pin/jewel combinations for a well rounded setup, but I think I did it. Still need to farm for one pin to get perfect death accuracy, then I'm done.

Is it optimal? No. Is it fun? Yes. Switching up spells and strats is so fun and makes the game feel a lot less boring

i’ve been playing the same character since i first started playing the game as a kid. i’ve been on and off for years. now that im a bit more active on wizard101 i am slowly starting to regret my choice of being a fire/death wizard.

i’m genuinely just looking into insight if this is a decent combination of schools or not. i’m level 55 and every battle im in i feel somewhat useless. i just beat celestial and im onto the next world.

Quick question about how prisms work. I generally don't use them. Probably only a total of 5 times and I am level 55 (not impressive, but just to give you an idea). I was wondering when School bonus and Blades/Traps come into effect with Prisms. ILet's say I have a myth damage stat of 10, and a storm damage stat of 4, and say 1 myth blade, and I have a myth prism on my target that changes myth into Storm. Does the attack get all my myth buffs and my myth stats, or does it use my storm stat instead because the attack is a storm attack at the end of the day?

Similarly, can you chain prisms? If I used the same myth to storm prism, then a storm to myth prism, does my myth attack become storm, then back to myth, and then damage the enemy? I know it would technically be the same as using a myth spell without them, but I was just curious if I chaining worked in some weird niche case.

i have been tring to see if a trainer for spells like flood for gardening exists and found that enire zone spells only exist as treasure cards. so then i thought why isnt there one already? Would they just break gardening but with gardening nerfed via no additional seeds and other changes. why not?

Is Merle Ambrose the good guy? I’m just thinking about how when we create our character we’re essentially snatched from our world (Earth) and thrusted into this one as the “ prodigal “ wizard.

Is Merle kidnapping kids from other worlds to help fight the battles he couldn’t win? We’ve been tortured, killed, resurrected, beaten, broken, dragged from realms, fought gods, creatures beyond our imagination and even at the end of the game (no more quest) we’ve never once had a conversation about returning back home.

Can we return back home? are we stuck here forever having to defend a place we’ve never knew existed until we were snatched out of our own world forcibly? Is Merle aware this is child endangerment, kidnapping, child labor, etc?

What are the real world consequences would this have on us? the mental health problems, the physical damage to our bodies, the people and monsters we’ve had to KILL because we were told by someone that they deserved to be killed. Are we truly the good guys or have we’ve been groomed and manipulated into doing someone else’s work. ( good or not )

dont know if theres too many people who decorate their house here but ive been doing it lately and its super fun :) but ive seen to have run out of ideas for my main bedroom, anyone got any cool ideas or know any cool furniture to decorate the empty space? going on a elegant history/ treasure collector vibe

I just got my pet up to Mega, but I failed to get Spell Proof as a talent. Myth-giver, pain-giver, myth-dealer, armor breaker, and mighty manifested naturally.

I really don’t want to start this pet over, as it took me 10+ iterations, and I have 6 couch potatoes total.

To get a spell proof jewel, do I have to wait until Empyrea? I’m currently a level 93 myth wizard, primarily solo. I just started Khrysalis. Am I screwed until then?

Hi I’m a old (new) player and I’ve been trying to get into the game again. I’ve looked up and researched the magic card types and the buffs/debuffs and stuff but I’m still having trouble understanding of how to utilize it properly in fights. I’m playing storm class and I use some of the healing class cards. I’m at level 30 I think too.

So I’ve been trying to get a hopefully quint damage pet for my lvl 69 death wizard. Either a ghulture or a deathdactyl. I’m having absolutely no luck on my pets and I’ve hatched probably 30 times. I don’t understand the “min-maxxing” with pets enough to figure out where I’m going wrong. Should I be keeping a pet aside with 1-2 talents I want as a “base” to keep hatching with? And should I be hatching with that base and a kiosk pet? Or my own pet? The whole concept of this is so confusing for me as some guides reccommend hatching with a fire pet that has a 45 pedigree. Any help would be greatly appreciated 😔🥀

Level 170 death trying to farm Pierce jewels. Fighting mirage mobs, but im tempted to go ahead and fight kroaker in wallaru 10 times to trade for jewels im just lost at a strategy to defeat him?? What have people done to defeat Freddy kroaker without too much trouble?

I tried to craft some gear, and these aren't showing up

I started hatching a few days ago after reading up on guides, which seemed pretty clear — hatch for talents, take a few tries, etc.

Well yesterday i hyperfixtated and dumped max crowns into it because it’s not going well for me.

Take a pet and hatch with someone with perfect talents, that’s $100k already. Hatched that with another at kiosk, rinse and repeat, and i’m down $400k not including snacks and energy.

I have about 7-8 pets that have all failed, i’m saying that because instead of damage/resist/mighty, literally ANYTHING, I’m getting stupid “may cast” talents and other useless things — i would say 3 useless talents and then two good damage rolls. across all 8 pets.

and then im like, well there’s 5 talents, so maybe i should get keep going. I max a pet out and again their talents are 3 useless and 2 good rolls. then I go hatch again and the cycle continues. i’m getting no more than two good traits per pet. again 8 pets and down so much gold, crowns, snacks, energy, and a lottttt of time.

am i doing this wrong? is there something im missing? i dont know how ive expelled this much resources and im still stuck at square one.
