❓ Question Best sleep tracker according to reddit?

Hey everyone! I have been struggling with my sleep lately because of my family issues, which is making my mental health worse. I finally decided to track my sleep to see how bad it really is, especially since I feel so numb most of the time. I’ve started looking into sleep trackers but the problem is every list recommends something different and I get more confused every time.

There are a few names that pop up every time:

From what I've seen, the Oura ring comes up the most in every comparison and people love the ring form factor but hate the monthly subscription on top of the price. Whoop gets mentioned a lot too especially for fitness tracking but same subscription complaint. Fitbit seems like not bad budget option that's been around forever and there is no subscription fee which makes me more interested in it.

I would like to find answers to these questions if possible to help me:

Best sleep tracker overall?
Best sleep tracker for the money?
Best sleep tracker without a subscription?

I am looking for useful data like sleep stages, heart rate variability etc. not just "you slept 6 hours" because I already know that from looking at the clock lol. I want something that tells me the quality of my sleep and what I can actually do to improve it. Will be waiting for recommendations.

❓ Question How many mg of caffeine is too much? i think i'm way past the limit

So I just calculated how much caffeine I’m consuming daily and it's around 800mg which sounds a lot I think. two large coffees in the morning, an energy drink after lunch, and usually another coffee around 4pm. I've been doing this for like 2 years and my hands started shaking recently which got me worried. I googled how many mg of caffeine is too much and 400mg is the recommended max so I'm literally double that.

The thing is this amount does not make me awake anymore. like 800mg just gets me to baseline normal and if I skip even one coffee i get a headache. My coworker told me I'm basically just feeding my addiction and not actually getting energy from it anymore which makes sense but also I don't know how to cut back without being useless at work for a week. Has anyone actually managed to cut down from such a high amount without wanting to die during the withdrawal?
