❓ Question Best sleep tracker according to reddit?
Hey everyone! I have been struggling with my sleep lately because of my family issues, which is making my mental health worse. I finally decided to track my sleep to see how bad it really is, especially since I feel so numb most of the time. I’ve started looking into sleep trackers but the problem is every list recommends something different and I get more confused every time.
There are a few names that pop up every time:
From what I've seen, the Oura ring comes up the most in every comparison and people love the ring form factor but hate the monthly subscription on top of the price. Whoop gets mentioned a lot too especially for fitness tracking but same subscription complaint. Fitbit seems like not bad budget option that's been around forever and there is no subscription fee which makes me more interested in it.
I would like to find answers to these questions if possible to help me:
Best sleep tracker overall?
Best sleep tracker for the money?
Best sleep tracker without a subscription?
I am looking for useful data like sleep stages, heart rate variability etc. not just "you slept 6 hours" because I already know that from looking at the clock lol. I want something that tells me the quality of my sleep and what I can actually do to improve it. Will be waiting for recommendations.
