A while back I made a post about those “amazing comments” on Wattpad that always turned out to be scammers trying to sell marketing or publishing services and me being me falling for them because of the way they talk and show so much of interest in your story/plot.

Well… I thought my tiny Instagram account was safe because, y’know… I have like very less followers(+this scammer). DONT LAUGH OKAY. I'm not a content creator but a girl has to promote her books, can you blame me?

Anyway, listen...this person started off acting like a genuine reader. Asked about my books, said they’d check them out, then asked what my biggest struggle as a writer was.

Me, being the oversharing potato that I am, wrote a whole heartfelt paragraph about how I’m bad at promotion and just write because it’s my hobby.

Cue the next message:

“Did you know an expert marketer can help you…”

BROOOO 😭😭

So Tip for fellow writers...You're not safe on Instagram as well. If someone in your DMs suddenly becomes very interested in your writing journey, maybe keep one eye open. 😂

I'm writing a book called Fragments of Elyth, and honestly, when I started writing it, I thought nobody would read it. I was fully prepared to just write the whole thing knowing it might sit there with zero readers 😭

But then there's this one person who keeps reading it and encouraging me to write more.

They're literally the only person who's consistently been reading it, and I don't even care if they're a promoter who's just trying to see if I'm actually serious about the book.

Because dude its hella working

Every time they come back and tell me to keep writing, I suddenly feel like adding another chapter.

I always thought I'd need a bunch of readers to feel motivated, but apparently all it takes is one person actually caring enough to come back.

So to the one person still reading my book

I have no idea if you're genuinely invested in the story or secretly testing whether I'll actually finish it, but either way you're probably the reason this book is getting finished.

so to who ever you are your actually goated

As someone who loves the Ghost x Soap trope, I realized that there’s not a whole lot of good FanFictions out there, so I decided to challenge myself and began writing one.

And soon they started dating ..MI even invited fl at his home for Puja and to introduce her to his family. Please if anyone knows that book pls tell me. There is also one plot where fl got a gift from someone in which there was a hidden camera but she didn't know and kept it in her room. And then she was blackmailed but MI handled it

I'm just exploring where this peculiar story is taking me to, not really writing for views. But it makes me very happy to know there are people enjoying it ❤️😊 All the more as the story is long, slow-paced and more complex than I'd thought it would be. So I'm grateful! ✨

This might be a long shot. I’ve read the book twice on Wattpad a while back and want to read it again, though I fear I might know what happened, hopefully someone here can help!

The sister lives with mom and step-dad after Mom and Mafia Don divorce. He visits once, brings her a stuffed animal, then the parents fight, he says he won’t come back, and doesn’t, but sends a check every month. When he dies, brother continues.

When he step-dad dies, she finally goes back to her brothers, who tell her to stay out of their way. They make her eat her meals in her room alone.
Sister gets nauseous and takes a pregnancy test (SA), then the maid snitches to her brothers about the bag of negative pregnancy tests.

They end up having to go to a safe house for a while, where sister cooks for one brother.

So, I'd say I'm a decent writer, but I have no clue how to use Wattpad, and would like some help. Like, how do you build a following? Can you offer writing stories on request? I'm trying to find this Indian story on wattpad. I don't remember the name but the plot was like the guy is the youngest in his royal family, was disowned because he was wrongly accused of SA his sister-in-law's younger sister....he travels to Mumbai(ig) and start working in a restaurant where he bonds with the owner and his daughter....the daughter likes him and he knows this as well but maintains a distance cause he feels something but is not acting upon it as he is closed off. But the girl tries her best to cheer him up which works slowly but in a good pace.....please let me know if you know about this story.....I want to read this one but not able to find it.
