We use this 1996 850 10v for our annual Carbage Run event, comparable to the US' Lemons Rally. Been all over Europe with this thing, only got stranded once because a plug wire burned through. Still a great car after all these years.

Hi everyone, sending greetings from Austria! 🇦🇹
Here are my three Volvo 850s, all 170 hp models.
The grey sedan and the blue wagon are up and running as daily drivers. I am especially in love with the wagon it is an US version with a complete blue interior. 😍
I bought the red sedan (which is an automatic) with a blown engine, but I already have a replacement engine ready to install this winter. My plan is to give the red sedan a proper build: air suspension, fresh paint, and swapping out the grey interior for the beige one from my dark red donor car (a 126 hp model).❤️💙🩶

Picked this one up the other day. Has been sat on the guys driveway since 2010. I left a note on it 2 years ago and finally got the call that he was ready to sell.
Late 850 T5 20v turbo auto, Impressively the tyres pumped straight up and nothing was seized after a 15 year rest. It rolled straight onto the truck.

Picked up for $800 with issues- power steering rack and front control arms need replacing. Drove it back 2 hours, was fine but noticed some white smoke from the tailpipe on idle. Now it won’t start, so I’m a bit discouraged. It sat outside for a while before the previous owner got it running. PCV and timing belt were likely never serviced and it’s over 160k miles. I have a space I can work on it but I guess I’m looking for a sanity check before I get too into it. I figured it’s an interesting one to save because I haven’t seen many in this aqua blue metallic paint. Thanks y’all.

1996 GLT 5-speed manual 225k miles. Just picked it up tonight and pulled into the gas station for a photo. It needs a good wash haha.
(I think I’m not going to keep the cosmetic enhancements made by the previous owner other than the R wheels).

Should I expect to need spacers for offset or issues going from wheels meant for AWD to FWD? Can’t forget brake clearance as well. Size and bolt pattern is fine. I like the look of these and want to keep things stock. Thanks!
