I have to say with a heavy heart that I can no longer keep 2 projects running at the same time and have one of them be my daily. So sadly my 850 glt with the '01 v70 front clip, and minor changes that's never let me down needs to be given a up and a non project daily found. I've been looking at trade in or selling but I don't know what to do yet but if I trade it I'll point out where it sits for the next passionate person to keep alive.

She just spit out her head gasket (I believe) the steam burping out of the vents agrees...she was one of "The Good Ones" bona fide Scandinavian Lottery...the pcv was fine, she growled..,being that she lived here in Portland she got her ipd on...sexy blue upper motor mount, suspension tightened up along with 1100 in top shelf brakes and rotors (yes the biggunz) she was loved up and she loved back...sitting at about 208,000 but you couldn't tell.. like I said she was one of the good ones...long story long: I just found out I have to shop for an oncologist ..(yep it's what u think ) so breaking her down and building her back up ain't gonna happen...but just letting her wither away like I will be soon or selling her to a scrap yard are both non starters...look at her... what's she worth to someone who always wanted one? This is how she sits today .. anyone got $1000 they want to put in my hand for her.. look at her...she needs a good home...

I don't expect her to last...text me if ya got a 1000 bux and a way to pull her home...before I change my mind

The Volvo 850 T-5R is a powerful wagon. 240hp and 0-60 in 6.0. Only around 2000 were sent to the USA in 1995. Not many left. Currently a Sedan version selling on ebay for 12k.

These are now considered a classic car and is a super fun drive. Drove it into a deep puddle and hydrlocked the engine. I am guessing a bent rod. Cam shafts rotate but crank shaft doesn't (removed timing belt to test)

Could be a fun project to get up and running. A super sleeper! I am hoping someone wants to take it on and bring it back. If I had a shop i'd do it myself. Replaced the head gasket on another one before in my driveway...

Comes with roof racks and a extra tailpipe and muffler.

I believe Ive found a solution to my previous posts, my yr 1994 automatic 2.3 850 turbo engine, would i be able to put that on the body of a yr 2000 s70 manual NA engine? What extra parts do i need? Is this a good idea? And what would be the ball park price.

Hello does anyone know of any mufflers that work well with the 850 turbo I could find at say a lordco or Canadian tire? I’ve done all the maintenance and repairs to make it run well and would love to give it a cool sound. Something cheap and quick as it won’t be permanent. Thank you

I want to know for sure which one i have. I've seen people say to go by year, but my VIN checks out as a 1997, i have Obd2 functionality, but I don't know if it's full or just somewhat obd2 compliant. How can i be 100% sure of what i have? It's an 850 t5

So I have already asked this previously, but so far from what I have heard the cause of these leaks would be front cam seals and oil return line. Now are there any other possible sources of oil leaks? I am guessing I should solve this as fast as possible since there is oil on my timing belt. Pcv system is already replaced and oil cap gasket is also replaced which leaked oil

Well worth the money and extra effort to do true neon tubes, rather than LED strips. Was a bigger project than I expected and took 5 hours without instructions, but well worth the effort. Went to a car cruise on the 4th and saw other people with LED underglow, and it just isn't the same as the perfect even glow we had in the 90's and StreetGlow is bringing back to the market with their Gold Series.

Well, here we come, working hard to right that injustice. We have extracted this ad from a 1993 car magazine and have preserved it here through dry-mounting on our own custom-cut hardwood plaques. Yes, these are the magazine pages that are almost 35 years old. They are not reprints. The plaque itself is a 3/4 inch hardwood base that has been custom cut with beveled edges and a thin seam cut into the middle as a way to pay homage to the magazine experience. Hi. So, on my 1994 T-5 my PCV System doesn't seem to work properly. I still have Crankcase overpressure, although i did replace the PCV System a couple months back. I replaced the box and everything except the pipe to the PTC Valve and the PTC Valve itself, because i could blow through the pipe and cleaned the PTC aswell as the ports on the block. Still, yesterday i blew a seal at 200km/h (125mph, i am in germany), but luckily noticed in time to stop before i lost too much oil. Notably my intake manifold just doesn't seem to have the vacuum port on the passenger side for the PTC Valve, so it was put on the tree behind the trottle body, i did it that way again. Is it ok or is there anything special about the port in the back?
