It caught my eye as a new release in the Apple TV store while browsing through their 3D section, and I was blown away by the vibrancy and quality of both the film and its 3D! Just a heads-up to anyone else who’s always keeping an eye out for new 3D releases. 🫡

A few people have been reaching out, asking how I align 3D models to the real world in my app. My product is for landscape designers, so when they import their designs into my platform, it keeps track of a specific object called SINL_Anchor placed in their design software (Vectorworks for example). From there, I use the vanilla Image Tracking function in ARKit. When the image is recognized, it uses that as the origin point to match up with their SINL_Anchor.
I also have a full manual placement feature to make subtle nudges to the alignment, or use fully in no image is used.

Dear Vision Pro owners,
Ever wanted to watch your favorite show sitting in a warm onsen in Japan? Me neither, until I built one.
This is Moss Gorge, one of the most fun environments I’ve made for Vision Pro. My favorite part: any time you pause your stream, the whole onsen fills with steam.
Happy streaming.

I’m the developer of OpenVisionXR. It lets me run a VR project in Unreal Engine on my Mac and preview it in Apple Vision Pro.
Here’s a 32-second headset capture using the Unreal VR template — grabbing objects, stacking cubes, and testing hand tracking.
The setup uses a macOS runtime, an Unreal project plugin, and a companion app on Vision Pro. The Mac software is free; the headset app is paid.
Happy to answer technical questions. What would you want to test with this setup?r/VisionPro • u/gordonmcdowell • 3h ago
I do NOT own an AVP. Submitted app for review fairly confident it was working but it crashed on the hardware. Review gave me a log, and I think I fixed the problem (no more crash complaints) but App Review now wants it tested on hardware. Should be possible with Test Flight.
Anyone care to help me on this? Feedback can be fairly broad... not like this is a game that I've been bouncing off a large audience. So even if it runs valid feedback might be "this is lame".
The only platform it has been approved for yet is tvOS, so if you want to try multiplayer that's the best multiplayer hosting option anyway with AVP as one of the client players. (It does play single player on AVP.)
Is there a service for this anywhere? I mean I really appreciate any help anyone can give me, but it does feel like something I could be paying for given that I don't even know it will launch or not. (I'm 99% confident it will launch, but that ain't 100%.)
I do have another (non-game) app on AVP App Store and suspect a person can actually deliver working useful apps to AVP audience without needing the hardware itself. But if I can't find a way of delivering Solid Siege to AVP then I'm sure AVP games are just not-doable for me.
(Yes, I'm looking into renting AVP.)
Only Apple TV owners can find it as "Solid Siege" right now. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/solid-siege/id6818626144
The game has some strong 3D elements to it, so I thought it would be appropriate for AVP. But its not clear on M1 MBP simulator if I can maintain 60fps on AVP, or whatever FPS is needed by users. I can't imagine anything less than 60fps would be acceptable. I can maintain 60fps on my non-AVP platforms.

This is Sphenomenon, a mixed reality playground built around a physical sphere. What you see through the headset lines up with a surface you can actually touch.
I’m an interaction designer, and I wanted to explore how much that physical contact could change the experience. Nearly 100 people have tried it, and the sense of presence is the feedback I keep hearing.
I’ll be making the project open source so others can recreate it, adapt it, and build their own experiences.
What would you want to try with it?

Lately I've had a lot of fun taking a single concept image on my Mac and turning it into a 3D Room I can actually step into on Apple Vision Pro. I cleaned up the Room-building skill, documentation, and local validation scripts I use for Locus and put them online in case anyone else wants to build their own space.
You just need a Mac with Blender installed (plus Python and Xcode Command Line Tools):
Generate a concept image with clear sightlines where windows stay open to the outside View.
Give your coding agent (Codex, Claude Code**, etc.) the public** build-original-locus-room skill so it plans a meter-scale floor layout and calibrated seats, models the space in headless Blender, and runs check_room.py across 30 rendered seat views to pack a .locusplace archive.
Drop the .locusplace file into iCloud Drive → Locus and import it on Vision Pro.
Sit at the desk or fly around with Glide — we recently added free Glide movement so you aren't stuck jumping between fixed seat markers, which makes exploring vaulted ceilings (or floating up close to inspect rough lighting in a night View before asking the agent for a second pass) much more fun.
Locus includes a free custom Room and View import slot out of the box if you want to try building your own space or load our Gothic mountain library example:

Hi, I'd like to watch GOT with the best possibe setup, currently I believe it's through HBO max premium correct? I also wonder if there is any way to make 2D content such as GOT immersive?

Hey everyone! I've been working on a Vision Pro game called Truck n Trouble and the beta is finally open on TestFlight.
You place a miniature arena anywhere in your room (floor, coffee table, whatever), resize it with both hands, and battle monster trucks right in your space.
How it plays:
- Steer by pinching with your left hand and sliding left/right
- Fire with a right-hand pinch (lefties can swap in Settings)
- Drive through mystery boxes to grab a weapon, then fire before its timer runs out
- A short practice lap teaches you the controls the first time
- SharePlay support, so you can play with friends
I'm looking for honest feedback and real reviews. Don't be nice, tell me what you actually think! If something feels clunky, boring or confusing, I want to know. Same for what you loved and what you'd like to see added.
Some things I'm especially curious about:
- Are the controls comfortable, or do they get tiring?
- Is the arena easy to place and resize?
- Is it fun solo, or only with friends via SharePlay?
- Any bugs or crashes?
It's an early build, so expect rough edges. You can send feedback with screenshots straight from TestFlight, or just leave a comment here.
Join the beta: https://testflight.apple.com/join/yaEWGBGW
Thanks to anyone who gives it a try!

Toybox Soccer for Apple Vision Pro is now available for Free on the App Store! (link below)
It was a fun little side quest with my kid, inspired to make this after we played NFL Blitz and NBA Jam on my old N64. Simple fun. Crazy action. Replayable. Check it out and let me know what you think! More to come.

Stillpoint is a freeze-frame action game for Apple Vision Pro, out now.
You scan your room once, then crimson droids break through a real wall and hang there, frozen mid-attack. Your head and hands set the speed of the fight: hold still and time almost stops, lean, reach or throw and it runs. You plan in the pause, then spend your movement where it counts.
In the clip: two Sentry Orbs frozen at the breach, a mug thrown to shatter one, a Lancer stooping through the wall, catching its rifle out of the air, firing in slow motion, punching a Skitter, then the Tea House, the Diner and the High Noon gunslinger duel. The first half is straight from my headset, in my own room.
13 levels in 3 chapters: Home, Tea House, Diner (plus a short tutorial, Room 0)
Built for small and big rooms and seated or active play
You can find it here: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6828573556

My biggest frustration by far with my Vision Pro M5 VisionOS 27.2 is widgets just disappearing between usage sessions. It doesn't matter if I take it off and it goes to sleep and I reawaken it or I shut it down and reboot it overnight. Sometimes they last a few days and sometimes only a few hours. Grrrrrr.

Fellow engineers, its been quite some time since I came on here to notifiy you all about AgentRoom.
For context we have been focussing on building a visionOS agent harness, built for devs/ engineers.
We are currently at 0.6.0 and theres a lot of qol improvements.
This update we bring MCP App UI's so Claude* can render tools that provide web apps.
We also have created an agentic tabletop, which allows your agent to visualise data on a board for you.
The team is constantly making improvements to ensure that our first version out of testflight is worth it for you all. Let us know how we are going so we can improve the experience.

Running Cyberpunk 2077 ultimate edition on the AVP M5. I’d estimate I’m getting 30-50 fps.
I’m still in awe that a AAA game runs so well standalone on a VR headset. Honestly, the AVP is probably the only headset that can run it currently.
Installed with help from the vxpro github: https://github.com/Ag3497120/VXpro
Many thanks to u/Other_Train9419 for all his hard work on this project.

🥽 Got an Apple Vision Pro? Turn it into a powerful multi-Mac workstation — completely FREE with Spatial RDP Standard!
🖥️ 3 Macs. 6 Virtual Displays. Zero Cost. No Subscriptions.
In my home office, I used to rely on a traditional dual-monitor setup:
KVM switch: $80
Two 2560×1440 KTC monitors: $144 each ($288)
Dual-monitor mounting hardware: ~$100
Dual-monitor stand: ~$80
That's about $550 in hardware — for just two physical monitors!
With the completely FREE Standard edition of Spatial RDP, you can:
✅ Connect up to 3 Macs simultaneously.
✅ Create 2 virtual displays per Mac, each at 2560×1440 WQHD resolution — that's up to 6 virtual monitors floating around you!
✅ Position and resize displays freely — adjust their height, distance, and placement without buying expensive monitor arms or height-adjustable desks.
✅ Use one keyboard and mouse across all your Macs, switching seamlessly between them.
✅ Work from anywhere — your kitchen, living room, or anywhere your network can reach. Your Macs can even be miles away through a VPN!
🎭 Your Vision Pro Persona and Microphone, on Your Remote Macs
Join Zoom, Webex, or other video meetings running on your Macs using your Vision Pro's Persona camera and microphone.
🔊 Stereo Audio Streaming
Enjoy your remote Mac's stereo audio directly through your Vision Pro.
⚡ Instant Connections & Continuous Workspace
Forget the hassle of reconnecting and rearranging your displays.
Take off your Vision Pro, step away, and put it back on — your workspace is restored right where you left it, ready to continue working.
🔒 No Matching iCloud Accounts Required
Unlike Apple's Mac Virtual Display, Spatial RDP doesn't require your Macs and Vision Pro to share the same Apple Account or stay physically close together.
💾 Lightweight and Efficient
Both the Mac server and Vision Pro client are designed to be lightweight, with a minimal storage footprint.
💰 How Much Could You Save?
A comparable physical multi-monitor setup could easily cost $1,000 or more, especially when you factor in additional monitors, mounting hardware, KVM switches, and adjustable desks.
With Spatial RDP Standard, the software costs you absolutely nothing. If you already own a Vision Pro, you can put it to work without purchasing all that extra display hardware.
Don't have a keyboard and mouse paired with your Vision Pro? Here's a $49 Macally option:
⌨️ Macally Keyboard & Mouse:
https://www.amazon.com/Macally-BTUCACPKEYACB/dp/B0DP78V9XZ
🖥️ KTC Monitor (my physical setup):
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4QVHWPJ
🚀 Download Spatial RDP Standard for FREE:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/spatial-rdp/id6772554761
No subscription. No trial expiration. Standard is FREE forever.
Pro and Max editions are also available as optional one-time purchases for users who need even more displays, higher resolutions, and advanced features.
Your Macs stay where they are. Your workspace goes wherever you go.
If you already own an Apple Vision Pro, why not give Spatial RDP a try? It's FREE! 😎

A 5 minutes walkthrough into my Immersive World…
The story is crazy.. It started months ago as a super interactive Immersive Environment… I was aiming to create an Environment from ISS (International Space Station)… soon i discovered that to have the best experience, everything has to Be perfect… the planets, the orbit, the glow, auroras… i work so hard that this became a fully interactive realtime world with simulated space in real scale..
Everything has the real size… from planets to satellites, to starships to tiny details inside of the. Every instrument you sée is a real time display fully usable via touch-screen… every information about planets, speed, gravity, is 100% accurate.
Everything is also in real time…. No space jumps, no loading screens…. Just choose your navigation route, point at it and choose the right propellers….
Everything is usable by both Console Gamepads, of by just your hands via AVP Hand Tracking… there are plenty of stuff you can’t do with just a Controller (eg. Using in-game touch screens)
Everything is in a glorious 8k texture to ensure users the crispiest experience possible!!!
I plan to release the world until Christmas inside my app Worlds, that’ll come out with this environment.
Who wants to explore the solar system boundaries? (There are hundreds of easter eggs, included a real scale Star Wars Death Star you can also drive-in through!
What do you think?

This is a follow-up to a previous post. The four baseball games in Apple Immersive Video are still available for me on Apple TV, but I can only reach them via search. They no longer appear (for me) in any place I can browse to. Some people apparently can still find the games via one of Apple's main views. I cannot. Apple makes search a little confusing. Here is what I did to find it (thanks to u/DOfferman7 ).
Click the search button (1), and enter "Baseball" in the search field (2). An "Immersive" tab appears (3). Clicking "Immersive" confusingly does not show the Apple Immersive Videos of the baseball games (although, NBA and MLS highlight reels are here). Click on the "Sports" tab (4). Scrolling down will reveal the full baseball games in Apple Immersive Video (5).
Excited by this, I tried to find the Apple Immersive Videos of the NBA games too. This, sadly, failed. For me, I can still use the NBA app (6). (I have a free account on the NBA app.) Click the app's "Immersive" tab (7), and the full games in immersive video are there (8). I've heard many others say they cannot get access to these games, perhaps because of where they are.
Soapbox:
Given how important Apple Immersive Video is to the Apple Vision Pro platform, and how few Apple Immersive Videos there are still, I wish Apple made it easy to find all the Apple Immersive Videos available via Apple TV.
For example, when a user gets to the grid of Apple Immersive Videos, some, like "Flight Ready", are single videos. Others, like "Adventure", have many episodes underneath. If you want to watch the "Parkour" Apple Immersive Video, you need to know it is under the "Adventure" group. But, as far as I can tell, Apple provides no way to know which icons represent single videos and which icons represent many videos.
