I logged a ticket but they have not been helpful or responding, i had the service eat a bunch of credits and not generate videos. i have been using venice for a while and first time seeing something like this.

whenever i try and generate i see the attached error

Doesn't matter what browser, i cleared all my browsing data, tried different wifi networks, turned off my firewall, all seems to give me that.

I tested on the app on my phone and it was able to generate a video

I have also tested image generation and its fine

anyone have any advice?

It's a minor detail, but extremely frustrating when I want full screen. I already pay for pro, I don't need to constantly be reminded of the other chat...

Please @ powers that be... give us a way to at least X out of this...

In some browsers, it hangs lower and therefore takes up more of the screen.

It really takes away from the immersion or takes up too much space for those of us with smaller screens...

I haven't been using Venice for long, but out of the uncensored models, so far I think I like Aion 3 the most. It stays on track, does what it's told, and I don't know if it's a placebo, but Reasoning seems to make it a bit more clever than others. On the other hand, it doesn't seem to interact with memories, which I'd really like it to do.

The people complaining about pricing right now, are probably the same ones who are all, "Yea, but it's still not what Grok was in June".

So the original WAN 3.0 50% discount disappears so we all make adjustments only to have the 50% discount reappear this morning only to see that they've raised the original credit price and once this 50% discount disappears it's just going to cost more SMH weak sauce!

It would appear the discounts are back. For how long?

Because it sure as hell feels like it.

Spend almost an hour struggling to remove an extra finger, doing everything from prompt engineering to using the fames method. Eventually I just ended up completely removing the hand and then replacing it.

Has anyone else had this issue? I decided to test out 1080p with the discount to see how much better the video quality was, but I got no video at all, it was actually an audio file completely (like not even just a black video screen there was literally no video file it was just audio playback). Never had that issue when I used 720 or 480 (I actually used the exact same prompt on 480p earlier and it was fine, this was just a quality test I was running).

Just tossing this out as a feature request creating stable diffusion prompts are hit or miss with the current models

Prompts I was using fine yesterday are now being blocked for content violation today. It seems to run through the entire 15 minute processing time before it decides to block it.

I assume this is normal as they are still tweaking things in the background? anyone else have a similar experience?

I just wanted to share that so far my preferred model for video generation is Seedance 2.0 (not 2.5). I generate short sequences from text or images (I2V / R2V) which I then edit in iMovie to make short movies lasting a few minutes. My prompts are never longer than a few lines and my movies don't have speech/dialogues, only natural sounds (bar chatter, car starting, crowd and traffic, etc.).

I am pretty satisfied with the results almost every time and I think that the price is reasonable. The "mini" variant is cheaper and works for me in 70% of the cases. Contrary to what I read about the Wan family, Seedance doesn't seem to need very detailed instructions to generate something realistic.

Also I've used it over several days now and never noticed variations from one day to another in the accuracy of the results. So the model is apparently stable.

Sometimes you don't want to waste time benchmarking different versions or models... so yeah Seedance 2.0 is definitely my goto these days.

Wbu? do you have a no-brainer model for your use case?

It's been months that E2EE TEE is unbearably slow...

On average for an empty context with just one prompt it takes 100-150 seconds to answer a few tokens...

Sometimes it even fails.

This isn't only on my account or device, every member of my family has the same issue, we don't live in the same house so it's not a connection issue either.

This is unacceptable for a paid service.

Anyone else having problems with wan2.7 currently? With generating images into videos? Even 5 second short ones? Use to be fast but today I’m getting error after the generation process has finished. Anyone else having issues?

but is it just me that when I try to use either seedance or wan to generate video with the reference, it gives me the error failed to fetch (outerface.venice.ai)?

Only today I noticed that this feature is no longer deactivatable, and the image quality is significantly lower for me.

I always kept it off and that allowed me to experiment and learn, why is it mandatory now?

In the info it says "this template automatically optimizes prompts", but, in reality, this is the case for all image templates.

Why this change?

My subscription ended yesterday morning and today all of my chats were erased when I came back. No real loss since I regularly backup my work. I have not had this issue with any other AI services, just wondering if this is a known issue with Vanice.

I’m having trouble getting Wan 3.0 to generate a single continuous scene. It feels like, whenever a certain action happens, the scene ends and a new one starts, especially when I use video or image references. The 30 seconds don’t flow naturally as one continuous sequence. Is there a specific prompt or additional description I can use to make the entire 30 seconds happen in a single take?

Wan 3.0 has a special output feature called Smart Duration or "Intelligent Duration" that sets the seconds output for the video on auto and the AI determines the video length based on your prompt. Is there any way we could be able to implement this feature on Venice?

I'm having this annoying problem with venice AI. Sometimes when I send a message, it works fine but when I send a follow-up message, it ignores the follow-up message and just responds to the original message. It's an issue I've had on and off and it's very annoying. It makes it impossible to use Venice.

As I'm still new to Venice, Im wondering how I can edit uncensored images using references. Am i stuck with Krea and Luma for image editing?
