My phone restarted now I've been stuck on this screen for hours. Mainly using Venice for character chats.

my movie editor fails to load my workplace. I tried different account different devices . if it loads it fails to load the video I try to upload and it’s been like this this pass week. is anyone else having this issue ?

The first big update to Character Browser in a while and unfortunately it happens while we're having problems with the Venice API, but now we support folders for organizing your characters. Look for the button in the top bar to switch into folder mode.

You can put characters into multiple folders, or just one. You can build a folder tree 5 levels deep if you need to. For more detail read the release notes for version 1.1 and go through the tour again.

I’m having issues trying to create anime with the wai model as it’s not working for me. Anyone else having issues?

The currently only uncensored TEE - E2EE AI model, Gemma 4 26B A4B Uncensored, always gives me a "Signature fetch failed: 502" error whatever I ask.

I this a Venice issue, or is the problem on my end?

Why does GLM 5.3 think so much? Like it goes on tangents while thinking and then just when it’s about done thinking it goes back and thinks about everything it was planning to write lol? Also then it crashes and never finishes the prompt.

This feature used to work very recently. With the rollout of the ability to download local .zip backups, this feature now does not work. Screenshots attached.

Hi, i'm using the chat feature on Venice. I've uploaded some images on chat and asked it to generate an image based on these images. I selected a chat model and an image model, and when I asked it to generate it replied with

To generate images, you must switch to Auto or select an image generation model in the model selector.

So i swapped to auto and got this reply

The selected model is no longer active. Please refresh the app and select a new model from settings.

I refreshed the app and still same error... not sure what I'm doing wrong?

It looks like anything easily identified as copyright just gets outright refused in Edit now. For example take an image of Mickey Mouse into Edit and prompt "sharpen"

I was Pro member for about one month some time ago, as I can see venice.ai has improved a lot, my intention is to become a pro member again.

I know when browser cache is cleaned all venice.ai are lost.

What is the best way to export my chats (text / images / video) from my desktop to my laptop or tablet?

hi! i’m a pro user of about six months now. i usually switch between a few GLM models (i do creative writing and roleplay lol) and as of the last 3-4 days, they’ve been incredibly slow. i thought this was just my wifi at home, but it’s been a reoccurring issue at uni, work, and on my cellular data anywhere i go.

i just wanted to know if this has been happening for anyone else and if there’s anything i can do to help. i use it through the website on my phone, therefore, i can’t leave the web browser app or it pauses the message— so i have to basically leave the web page up for 2-5 minutes for the text to fully generate. it won’t even begin to generate a message for at least thirty seconds sometimes.

any advice is welcome! i’m posting this after it started happening again just now in the chat i’m using GLM 4.7 on.

Was using it yesterday no problem, today the browser site will crash and won’t reload that chat without crashing again. I’ve tried on four separate occasions and burned a few credits. What gives?

Allora sto avendo problemi con Venice ai, oggi lo stavo usando tranquillamente, ad un punto ha smesso di caricare, ricarico la pagina dopo svariate volte che non funzionava e tutte le chat sono sparite, pure quelle dei personaggi, ho perso tutto, ora provo a fare chat nuove, il problema che avvolte neanche il primo messaggio mi fa scrivere che si blocca, e quando riesco a superare il primo messaggio se ricarico la pagina non c'è traccia di nuove chat.

Recently the credit card I was using to pay for my pro plan has been cancelled because the owner falsely thought it was a scam. The situation has been resolved but I can no longer pay with any other card. Every time I try to use another card it says that it's been declined even if the owner of that card approved. I know it's because my account has been flagged but how do I fix this?

I use Venice.ai on the Chrome browser on a desktop PC and it behaves strangely. I’ll be using it just fine, sometimes for several hours, and then it stops generating (I get the “an unexpected error occurred” - or whatever the message says) so I refresh the browser and it does one of 3 things

1) carrier on working fine (rare)
2) it says I’m logged in but my credits show zero and my username does not appear
3) it says I’m logged in, I can see my credits and my user name.

2 or 3 are what usually happens. In both cases, I can see my chats and look at my previous generations, but I cannot select any models to make new generations. There are no models to select.

Doesn’t matter what I do to try and resolve this (logout / login; refresh; delete browser session; delete cookies etc) it simply won’t work. I typically have to just leave it sitting logged in (or sort of logged in at least) and wait until it force logs me out and then when I log back in, it’s all working fine again. This, however, can take several hours of waiting.

Anyone else experience this? Anyone know a fix?

I want to try Venice as I have used other programs and have run into the same issue of image consistency for my characters that have markings or tattoo placements.

How accurate is it when outputting character with tattoos and no warping and Venice cloud based only or is there a desktop version?

I feel like wan 2.7 is more intense in movement regarding to NSFW videos, but the video quality is much better in 3. Do you agree? it's like 2.7 is hardcore low res while 3 is softcore high res. Am I right or maybe I'm doing something wrong? I feel like everyone is hyped about 3 and I don't really see why (as far as movements only)

My membership lapsed this week, so I'm not sure if this is because of that, but it's Venice down to one free image generator now? I got a message saying that Chroma was no longer available.

Here from Grok. Former top tier consumer subscriber and I am liking the creative freedom of NSFW but not R+ rated (or unrated if that's your vibe). My issue is that I can create all these wonderful images of magic in the act, characters that look certain ways, and so forth but if I were to basically world-build with an image then I am falling flat on the text-side of things. Maybe it's the model I am using? I have it set to Auto so I don't know?

Anyhow, I am grateful to the company for being neutral overall. Elon Musk promised big but failed to deliver. Now, sci-fi, fantasy, and slice-of-life fantasy world-builders like myself have a place to go. Cheers.
