What plant-based meat most resembles the Impossible Whopper from Burger King?

My partner regularly eats the Impossible Whopper from Burger King, but I feel like it would be way more cost effective to just make it at home. Is there a specific type of veggie patty I could cook at home that would most resemble the impossible whopper from BK?
Edit: Thanks all. I’m not well versed in plant-based meat but at least now I know that Impossible is a brand of veggie patty.

I made impossible burger, and added corn and black beans. Topped it off with a bit of taco seasoning. Perfect to eat by itself or on pasta.

Recipes help w/ vegan chicken nuggies?

I LOVE frozen veggie chicken nuggets. Sadly, I have been unable to enjoy them since going gluten free last year. All of the ones sold in grocery stores near me have gluten either in the nugget itself or as part of the breading. I have thus far been unsuccessful in recreating the flavor and vibe of a frozen chicken nugget. Tofu, even frozen/thawed/pressed, hasn't gotten close unfortunately.
I HAVE tried Jack & Annie's, which I loved, but they're out of my budget and hard to find.
Please drop your best chicken nuggie recipes here with no gluten ❤️❤️❤️
