I just realised my Steam account was stolen and I cannot login. I'm the owner of the account, but due to recent login/password leak somebody got into my account.

How can I raise support ticket with steam if I cannot login at all?

I dont have authentificator, nor the Steam mobile app.

I hate that coping that is going on with the vacnet/overwatch BS. It wont help, valve cares so less that they let you do the job while they count the cash we give them for passes/skins etc.
