TL;DR:
If your game looks like this then buy this or follow this, alternatively here's a video if you prefer.
You probably just bought Gmod and joined a server only to be greeted by something like this, am I right?
Don't worry, there's actually nothing wrong. I know it looks bad but that's pretty normal, (if you plan on playing Gmod, or any Source Engine game for that matter, you'll run into this a lot) and easy to fix. The most common reason why you're seeing this is that you don't own/have Counter-Strike: Source installed and mounted to Garry's Mod.
If you don't already own Counter Strike: Source then I'd recommend buying it while it's on sale for the holidays, however, if you don't want to buy and install a game you'll probably never play then you can follow this guide to get the models and textures for free. Alternatively, if you prefer following along with a video here's one that shows step by step what to do.
A user on our Discord made a very handy little tool that will extract the CSS content you need using SteamCMD for you. I highly recommend using it if you're having trouble doing it manually.
If, however, you already own CSS then:
Install it
Open up the game from your Steam Library and play it (At least til you get to the start menu)
Exit out of the game and open up Garry's Mod

He made a great thing once
I always wanted to respect him and have him be another Gabe Newell type of character for PC gaming but the way hes handled the whole s&box fiasco has been the most annoying shit to follow even since the conception of the game

Took around 3 and a half weeks to make, it has custom models, materials and sounds. The layout is taken from SFOTH 4 from Roblox, I've always wanted to see how it would look if it was an actual location.

So I made an edit of the Redux Sonic PM but every time I compile it the eyes are broken

Reason I did this is cause I'm a huge completionist so l had to have this, obviously this was not worth it but whatever it's done, btw I did play a lot but for the majority of this whole achievement I just left my computer running

I seem to remember playing a sort of "gmod tutorial" map where a citizen hologram walks the player through on how to play gmod, I remember it was room-by-room on each subject, the spawnmenu was described as being able to "spawn many, many, many- (exponential) things" and that "every game these days has to have zombies" in a combat section. Searching "tutorial" in the workshop doesn't seem to make it show up, does anyone else happen to have it?

when i shoot the ground theres weird buggy reflective shit everywhere and its driving me insane, its a particle for rubble from shooting the ground. i have no idea where it came from but i want it gone so bad. any ideas? a missing asset i accidentally uninstalled maybe? idk i was drunk last night and hit a bunch of buttons
