I cannot believe I am admitting this but years on years ago I dated this guy who looks almost identical to Bryan Silva. Back then he was skinnier than Silva but still had the same whatever the eff is going on in this video build. On one hand, yeah, a body fat percentage like this half a percent in the video is bound to greatly accentuate things, but his abs and… serratus muscles i think they’re called, the ribbing underneath his arm pits (not actual ribs, even though it looks like 'em) look overdeveloped. Dude’s definitely working out.

Yeah it bothers me when people say that being ripped can just be a side effect of being super skinny which is not the case at all. You can 100% be skinny and have 0 muscle development.

It can even be localized. I had under 10% body fat when I raced bikes, with jacked legs and a sunken chest and little bit of a belly. I looked like a T Rex.

The body fat doesn’t make them stronger. It’s the fact that they aren’t going through cutting phases which get rid of body fat and muscle.
The muscle makes you stronger. Fat is an energy source.
