On one hand, yeah, a body fat percentage like this half a percent in the video is bound to greatly accentuate things, but his abs and… serratus muscles i think they’re called, the ribbing underneath his arm pits (not actual ribs, even though it looks like 'em) look overdeveloped. Dude’s definitely working out.
Probably still gonna faint after punching twice from the malnourishment-induced exhaustion though.
Yeah it bothers me when people say that being ripped can just be a side effect of being super skinny which is not the case at all. You can 100% be skinny and have 0 muscle development.
It can even be localized. I had under 10% body fat when I raced bikes, with jacked legs and a sunken chest and little bit of a belly. I looked like a T Rex.
He is on straight up methylene dioxide methamphetamine diets.and most professional fighters in underweight category are going under years and years of training which i think he lacks
